Chapter 24

I was still sobbing, remembering the words Drake had said to me. I heard the front door open and what sounded like heels coming inside. It was Mum! Shes back , I had completely forgot that she was coming back today!

"ALLY!" screamed Mum, from the hallway.

Im guessing shes seen the mess in the kitchen and hallway.

She stormed into the living room , her face in complete anger and shock as she saw the alchahol bottles and cigarettes lying all over the place.

"Ally What the hell happe-"

I ran to mum , hugging her so tight , crying on her shoulder, even louder than before. Mum faced me so I could see her and looked me in the eye.

"Ally whats wrong? What happened here?" Mum shook me by the arms like a rag doll for me to answer her, so i did.

I told her the whole story , from Drake calling his friends over till him raping me. I showed mum the scars that were placed on my arms from his pinches and scratches. Mum looked at them and touched the scars on my arm, that were paining me alot.

"Ally , honey this is serious. You cant just let him get away with it , he raped you. Rape is something big and its dangerous!" said Mum,stroking my hair while i rested my head on her lap.

"I know mum , but I havent even broken up with him yet. He's my first ever boyfriend and I dont even know how to break up with a guy',' I muttered.

"Honey, its not hard. You just have to explain why, he should know himself what he has done wrong."

"Well , i yelled at him alot. Were basically in a fight."

"Okay , well I suggest you go up and have a rest. You must be exhausted and it feels like you have a tempreture." Mum put her hand on my forhead frowning.

"I will clean up this mess',' she said , getting up and looking around the filthy room.

"Mum , this is all my fault. I should be the one cleaning this mess , I should of just been good and studied."

"No sweety , this isnt your fault, it was Drakes and he should cover the consequences no matter what!"

Mum started cleaning up , throwing the bottles and cans in a black bag. I went upstairs and lied down on my bed. How was I gonna get through with this disaster?

I woke up stretching my arms , which were still super sore. I glanced a quick look out the window and the sky was a light pink , the sun slowly setting. I checked my alarm clock and it was 6pm already , which meant I was sleeping for nine hours! Wow , I must of had the deepest sleep of my life ! I slowly got myself out of bed and was shocked to see the way I looked in the mirror. My eyeliner and mascara was smudged on my face , my lipstick whirled everywhere and my foundation made me look like a clown. I decided to have a nice warm shower to freshen me up. The water hit my face and made me feel so relaxed.

I got out the shower, changed into my onesie and ran down the stairs to pick up some mail. I searched threw it.

"For Mum , Mum , Mum , Mum , Mum , wait...Me?!" I murmured , taking hold of the big brown envelope with my name on it.

I quickly opened it up and with big, bold lettering it said :

            'Danwarp High School

            A- Level Results'

Oh Shit! I started looking through the letter , to find my results on the next page. I took a deep breath in and turned the page around.

    'Ally Johnson A-Level Results'

Maths : D

English: E

Science: F

Art:D

PE: D

History : D

Geography : F

Spanish : F

I was stunned, shocked , disappointed , upset, all the emotions you could think of. I failed my A Levels. The exams I was revising so much for have gone down the drain.

"Ally , come in here , quick!" called Mum from the kitchen.

I walked into the kitchen slowly , my slippers trudging on the ground. The report was still in my hand. I was too afraid to show it to mum, to know she would be disappointed. I just hate this feeling of unhappiness. As I walked my way in the kitchen , there was someone sitting on the chair , talking to my mum. She turned around and gave a slight smile when she saw me.

"Hi Ally."

"Hi Kelly."
