~Chapter Two~
She stood there, watching him as he slept. Tears streaked her face. She looked at her wrist. Scabs were forming where she had cut herself.
"Tuno?" Izaya whispered.
The girl gasped and looked at the boy. His eyes were barely open. He was losing to the fatigue.
"Come..... here." He pleaded, moving his hand out from under the blanket. He held it out to her. She hesitated before she took his hand. He pulled her closer, and she wiped away her tears.
"You don't need to be afraid of me. I won't hurt you." Izaya promised her. He pulled her onto him, and he moved the blanket so it covered both of them.
"I'm not afraid of you, Izaya. I'm afraid of what will happen to you. Shizuo wants to hurt you, and he said he'll hurt me if I try to help you."
"Don't you worry about me. Keep yourself safe."
Tuno sighed and gently touched the bandage."How can I not worry about you? You're always getting yourself into trouble."
Izaya smiled and held his forehead to hers. "And I do it to keep you from getting harmed."
Tuno smiled lightly.
"Hey? Tuno?"
"Yeah?"
"I love you." Izaya murmured.
Tuno widened her eyes and blushed. "W-What?"
"You heard me. I love you."
"I-I love you, too."
Izaya chuckled and made her lay her head down. "You've had a long day. Get some rest."

He loved holding her. It filled his empty heart. She knew how to make him smile. He sighed and played with her hair. She seemed innocent while she slept. Izaya gasped as she stirred. She looked up at him and smiled.
"Good morning, Izaya. What do you want to do today?" She asked.
"I feel like just hanging on my roof. You wanna join me?"
"Sure. I hope no one calls us. I hate having free days when they only get interrupted."
Izaya smiled, and she got off of him. "I'll run by my house and get something to wear."
"Okay. I'll get dressed and meet you there."
"Sounds like a plan."

Tuno sat on the edge of the roof, watching the people below, imaging how one day, she'll kill them for the Dollars. She pulled her phone from her pocket and flipped it open.
To: Tuno
From: Izaya
Sorry. I'm running a bit late. I'll be there soon. I promise.
Izaya
Tuno sighed and put her phone away.
"Since when did you not get yourself in trouble, Izaya? I guess I get to play today after all."
Tuno's favorite game was hide-and-seek. Most of her players brought her game to life, giving her a reason to harm and kill people.
But when it came to Izaya, her games were taken to a different level.
"Tell me why you've decided to play without me." Tuno growled, walking down the alley where Izaya and Shizuo were fighting.
"Oh! So you want some, too, eh?" Shizuo hissed.
"Show me how you play!" Tuno ordered.
"Tuno! Don't!" Izaya pleaded.
It was too late. Shizuo had already ran toward Tuno. Izaya screamed out in horror as Shizuo punched Tuno.
They were both surprised when she laughed and got to her feet. "You're the strongest toy I've had so far. Come at me again, Shizu-Chan." She begged.
"Don't call me that!"
Tuno laughed and dodged his punch. She barely touched his arm, and he screamed in agony. Then Izaya saw her knife as she pulled it from Shizuo's arm.
"Don't mess with Izaya when he is coming to see me." Tuno hissed.
She pulled Izaya to his feet and dragged him away.
"Are you mad?" Izaya asked.
"Not at you. Shizuo needs to get over his hatred toward you. It's beginning to piss me off."
Izaya smirked. Tuno Hicachi was the only girl in the Dollars that people feared. That's how menacing she got during her 'games'.
"I'm surprised you didn't kill him."
"I don't kill without a good reason."

Izaya's POV
She was different. She had the job of a mouse, running around and sticking her nose in when she was told to, but she never seemed like that kind of member. She always acted like an info broker, and she was a lot stronger then Shizuo whenever she was extremely pissed.
And I loved it.
I hated leaving her to be in my office most of the day while she ran around chasing people and causing havoc.
I could see her from the window as she toyed with her new victim. The look on the girl's face while Tuno spoke gave her fear away. I smirked when Tuno swung her arm at the girl. She ducked, and Tuno's hand smashed into the wall, evidence of her strength.
The girl moved to run away, but Tuno grabbed her arm and pulled her back. I kicked the window lightly, and it opened up enough for me to hear the roaring of the citizens.
I strained my ears to her Tuno's words.
"Sorry, but I dont like it when my toys run away. I hope the higher-ups understand. I'll tell them I got the money after my little 'accident'. Goodbye, Mitsuki. I hope you don't hate me in the afterlife." She hissed.
And with that, Tuno's arms slid around the girl's neck. I began to laugh when she flicked her arms slightly, breaking the girl's neck. Two people appeared from the darker part of the alley and dragged the body away.
It took Tuno all of four minutes to walk up the flight of stairs leading to my office, and I chuckled when the door swung open.
"Nice one. I never thought you'd go for breaking necks." I said, not turning around.
The wheels of my chair creaked, and I knew she had sat down.
"I didn't like that one much."
"I could tell. You ended it faster than normal."
She sighed, and I looked at her.
"Is there something wrong?" I asked, knowing the answer.
She got to her feet and walked over to my chess board. I used it as a set up of the city. It had a lot of different pieces from multiple games. She knew which one represented her, and she moved it far away from my piece.
"We live in two different worlds. I look for work while you hand it out. I'm nothing more than a street rat, and you're an info broker. How do we...fit together?" She asked, looking at me.
I walked up to her and laid my hands on her shoulders after I returned her piece to the space next to mine. "Listen carefully. Yes, we live in different worlds, but that's not how I see it. I see you as a person. One that I love. Why don't you see our relationship like that?" I asked.
