As Norman lead me back to his trailer, not once did he let go of my hand. I couldn’t stop grinning like an idiot. So much my cheeks hurt. But he didn’t seem to mind and neither did I. I’m not entirely sure what we were, but right now I didn’t care. Norman liked me and was holding my hand! That was enough for me. I giggled like a school girl at this thought and Norman laughed. “What was that for?” He prodded. “Oh, nothing,” I responded, blushing a little, still grinning. Meanwhile my brain had decided ‘I’m walking on sunshine’ was my mind’s new theme song. We reached his door and he pushed it open, bowing playfully before saying, “Ladies first.” He was to die for and I was crushing hard. He didn’t seem to mind though, smiling as I blushed and made my way up the steps. He closed the door behind him and made his way to a cupboard just above the sink, pulling out a bottle of Aloe Vera. Oh right, yea, my sunburn. I’d almost forgotten why we were here. Norman sauntered over and passed me the bottle. “There ya go,” he beamed looking pleased with himself, “Let me know if you need any help.” “Thanks.” Again I blushed. Would that ever stop?
I lathered the aloe vera over my arms and shoulders, while Norman cleared his throat loudly. “I don’t use the stuff myself, don’t get burnt much,” he began. “Lucky bugger,” I laughed as I began on my legs. He grabbed a chair and swung it around, sitting down on it backwards, crossing his arms on top of the back rest. He looked so cool and casual. And sexy. Don’t forget sexy. My skin tingled as I watched him and I wondered if it was because of him or the cold of the aloe vera. “Yea I keep it around for Mingus mainly, damn kid is always getting burnt,” he laughed. It had almost slipped my mind that Norman had a son. He seemed so young at heart, so it was easy to forget. “Oh does he visit you on set?” I asked intrigued and began trying to reach my back. Norman watched my attempts and responded, “Yea not as much as I’d like, but he’s always asking.” I loved how Norman used his hands so much as he talked, especially now, as he lit up talking about his boy. “He wants to be a walker on the show,” he laughed. The thought of tiny Mingus all covered in rotting makeup made me giggle. “Sounds like a cool kid,” I smiled. “Yea he is,” he replied fondly.
Norman’s eyes were focused on me still and he watched as I struggled, too stubborn to ask for help with my back, yet again. His chair creaked as he stood up and made his way over. “Here, let me help,” he offered. Immediately my body tensed up like before at the thought of Norman’s touch. I opened my mouth but before I could object, he gently took the bottle from my hand. “I’m not taking no for an answer.” My ears burned and I bit my lip, releasing my grip on the bottle without another word. I stood up in front of him and twirled around, my back facing him and swept my hair forward to one side, twisting and holding it tight. I was silent as I heard him shake the bottle then squeeze it across my back. “Ah!” I gasped as chills shot down my spine. Norman giggled, “Oops, I forgot how cold it is.” It soon turned warm though, as he gently massaged it in across my back. Just like before, his touch was amazing and sent tingles up my back, much better than those of the gel. Once he had finished my upper back and neck, he cleared his throat. He sounded a little awkward.
Before I could wonder why he had sounded nervous, Norman spoke. “Umm, did you want me to do your whole back?” For a moment I was confused and then I realised what he meant. I would have to drop my dress down. At first I felt nervous, but then I figured he had already seen me in a bikini, so surely it’s not all that different? “Ahh, yea ok if you don’t mind, thanks,” I said. I started to roll down my dress then froze. Oh shit. I hadn’t put my bra on. Would he care? I know now Norman liked me too, but I didn’t wana push things and I certainly didn’t want to make him feel awkward. “You ok?” Norman asked. My mind started to race, but I forced it to calm. Surely he wouldn’t mind? I mean I wasn’t going to flash him or anything and if he did he would say so. Right? “Yea, I’m fine,” I responded and rolled down my dress to my hips, crossing my arms up over my breasts.
