Third POV's

Today is the usual day; The Noblesse and two clan leaders went with the human kids to school, The Headmaster of the school, Frankenstein, went to work some papers while the special guards secured the school.

In the class, Cadis Etrama di Raizel sat on his chair which nearby an opened window. He likes to see through it, to enjoy whatever view it provides; his old habit that he cannot change. Today is no different as Raizel gazed outside although the view is not what he focused on. He was thinking of a certain woman that has been in his side for centuries.

Raizel wondered all the things about her, his mind clouded with unanswered questions. Does she still have that beautiful long hair? Is she still stubborn like he used to know?  Does she still like tea? Will she like the food called ramen? 

He breathed out slowly as his hand took something from his pocket. He held the cross earring carefully as it shines beautifully, presenting his companion. Raizel felt his heart being tugged, signaling that he dearly misses her. 

Cadis Etrama di Raizel felt the heavy feeling in his chest when Frankenstein gave the earring to him. The earring proves that Catherine gave him half of her lifespan in order for him to recover. He blamed himself as he let her be worried and search him all over the place. He didn't think of the consequences when the incident happened and how it also took a toll on her. They will be always connected, no matter how far they are from each other and Raizel have to accept it in a hard way.

He didn't despise to be connected with Catherine. The only part he hates is that her destiny is tied with his for eternity. And Raizel knows exactly where his destiny ended.

"Rai, what are you doing? What is that in your hand?" A human friend of Raizel asked, softly interrupting his thoughts about her.

Raizel opened his red eyes before glancing at Shinwoo. Shinwoo crossed his arms and his eyes filled with curiosity. Raizel opened his palm to reveal the special object to his human friends.

"Oh? Another cross earring?" asked Sui, didn't notice how her question attracted the two clan leaders nearby. Regis and Seira silently observed the conversation, wanting to know more about the Noblesse. "Is it yours, Rai?" 

Raizel shook his head no as he placed the earring back in his pocket safely. Regis and Seira stood beside the Noblesse quickly when they felt his different aura. Both clan leaders gave a questioning glance to each other, wondering why the previous object affects Raizel so much. Fortunately, Shinwoo realized it's a personal thing that Raizel rather not talk about and diverted the topic to something else.

When Lunchtime came, Raizel and the kids went to the school canteen, all except Regis and Seira. Curiosity took control of them so they excused themselves to Raizel as left him with the kids after Raizel accept their depart. The clan leaders immediately went to someone who probably knows the owner of the cross earring.

Frankenstein was writing something on his paper and sighed as he noticed there's a lot of work for him to take care of. His recent departure really impacted his work in school.  As the sound of a door knock reached his ears, he gladly shifted his attention from work but found Regis and Seira entering his office.

Frankenstein went straight to the point, "What's the matter?"

"Sir Raizel was holding a cross earring similar to what he's wearing. His aura instantly changed when the humans asked about it. Do you know anything about the owner?" Regis explained and asked the chairman.
