Third POV

Shinwoo let out a loud yawn, stretching his arms upward. "I'm sleepy!"

Yuna chuckled softly upon noticing the tired expressions on Shinwoo's and Ik-Han's faces. "You guys stayed up late playing games again, didn't you?" She giggled again when the bright red-haired male nodded regretfully.

With crossed arms, Sui scoffed, "Do you guys ever go to sleep early? What time did you two go to sleep?"

Rubbing his eyes in an attempt to shake off his tiredness, Ik-Han replied, "I don't know. It was past three A.M. when we finished the game—," Sui scoffed disbelievingly, but Ik-Han continued, "—and it was 3:30 when I checked the clock after having a shower."

Yuna laughed nervously, "You slept even later than I thought," while Sui scolded them in a maternal tone, "You guys should go easy on gaming. You both should know how to manage your time! No wonder why you're always sleepy in class, Shinwoo."

Shinwoo opened his mouth to protest but spotted someone.

"Catherine! Rai!" he shouted happily, causing the rest of the gang to notice them. "Seira, Regis!"

Catherine approached with a radiant smile, holding Raizel's hand behind her as she guided him. Seira accompanied her, and Regis stood beside Rai.

Regis sighed tiredly but couldn't suppress a small smile. "You guys are always making a fuss about something."

"Ik-Han, Shinwoo, you both look tired. Didn't you have time to sleep?" Catherine inquired, although she already knew the answer. Vampires' abilities allowed them to hear things from a long range.

Sui smirked, "These two idiots spent their time gaming instead of resting."

As they began walking to school, Catherine offered a gentle smile to the two humans. "You both should get more rest. I wouldn't want either of you to fall ill."

Shinwoo and Ik-Han blushed under her gaze, her captivating red eyes showing genuine care. Shinwoo scratched the back of his neck, "We'll make sure to rest, Cathy." Then, he quickly added, "Wait, is it okay if we call you that?"

Catherine's eyes sparkled with delight. No one had dared to give her a nickname due to her noble status, so the idea of someone wanting to give her one excited her. "Of course, that would be lovely."

Raizel observed his mate engaging with the humans, his eyes filled with adoration. Catherine had always been gentle and friendly, drawing people to her. This was why many liked her and wanted to be around her, and it was also why Raizel loved her.

Even if fate hadn't destined Catherine to be his companion, Raizel would have undoubtedly fallen in love with her.

The sounds of papers turning, writing, children's whispers, and Shinwoo's quiet snore filled the air, creating a peaceful ambiance in the room.

The teacher at the front of the class was writing something on the board, and Catherine recognized it as a math lesson. Despite the numerous numbers and drawings, she was glad she could understand it, thanks to the teachings of Frankenstein.

Regarding Frankenstein, he attempted to establish a mental connection with Catherine, and she responded by accepting it.

"Mistress, The Lord of Noblesse is present, and she will be attending your class. Gejutel is accompanying her as well," Catherine could discern his annoyance in his tone as he mentioned the former clan leader.
