Saxony is one of Britannia's half brothers. As a teen, he was quite cruel to her, saying she wasn't his sister, making fun of her magic and calling her a witch. One of the worst things he said to her was, "I don't even think you have my father's blood. You must be a daughter of Loki!" (Daughter of Loki was an insult he used often.)
Their relationship is better in modern times. (Mainly because the teenage hormones that make you act like a jerk calmed down.) Though, they'll still bicker like children over small matters. (Like when Britannia wants to brush Saxony's hair.).
((I know that most people see Saxony as Germania's grandson and an older brother to Prussia and Germany, but I needed to give then uncles as well. (This is to explain the cousin relationships in the Germanic Family.)
Saxony's hairstyle also helps me see him as Germania's son, I believe he wears his hair like that to remember his father.))
