Chapter 25

It was 3 O'clock when everyone got bored of swimming. Everyone puts their towels in a circle and sits down,   I'm only sitting down for about 30 seconds before V pulls me up saying, "Guys! I have to talk to Taylor for a few bit, so we'll be back in a few!" And pulling me towards the trees.

When we're far enough into the woods, Taehyung spins me around and kisses me. He gently pushes me against a tree, I pull away and raise my eyebrow looking at him in a questioning way, "What," he starts, " You don't want everyone to see us making out, do you?" I shake my head 'no' and he leans in again.

I close my eyes and wrap my arms around his neck, kissing back. He puts his hands on my waist as he deepens the kiss, I tangle my fingers in his hair and he slightly groans. He pulls away and goes to kiss my neck but quickly stops as we hear someone clearing their throat.

V pulls away and we both see yoongi and jungkook. Yoongi must have been the one to clear his throat since jungkook looks like he's going to pass out from shock. "How long have you been standing there?" V questions. "Long enough to know that if I hadn't had interrupted, Taylor could have been impregnated." Yoongi answers bluntly.

V steps away from me saying, "I wouldn't have let it gone that far..What are you doing here anyway? I told you guys that we had to talk." "You guys were 'talking' for 15 minutes, and jungkook got a little worried. So I told him I'd help find you guys." V nods and grabs my hand, pulling us back to our friends.

We walk to the towels again and quickly sat down, "How did the talk go?" Kiley asks, Yoongi sat beside her and said, "If you consider 'talking', shoving their tongues down each others throats, then the 'talk' went pretty well."

Everyone stares between Taehyung and I, as I awkwardly clear my throat and say, "It uh...It was a pretty good talk.." Jimin laughs as everyone nods and casually goes back to what they were doing.

After thirty minutes of talking, Yoongi stands up, volunteering to take our stuff back to the van and drive back down here to pick us up. I stand up with him saying, "I'll go with you!" V looks at me curiously and I mouth, '15 bucks'  his eyes widen as he nods mouthing back, 'make it happen' I smile and say out loud, "I'll be back in a minute!"

As Yoongi and I silently walk down the path, I start to wonder, 'How exactly should I ask?' A thinking about it for a few seconds, I decide to casually bring it up, "So...Do you like Kiley?"

Yoongi's pov

"So," Taylor starts, "Do you like Kiley?" My eyes widen as I think, 'is it that obvious?', I clear my throat, deciding to play dumb, "Yeah! She's cool I guess." I hear her sigh as she says, "I mean like as a 'kiss me' type of way. Not a 'friend' type of way."

I groan saying, "Does it matter? She probably likes someone else. Probably Hoseok or something." "Are you stupid? Or just blind?" She calmly questions. Taken-a-back, I ask, "She does like him...? Doesn't she?"

Taylor's pov

"No.. She doesn't. She likes you." We stop by the car and he looks at me, "You sure? Because... When I ask her out, if she rejects me, I'm holding it against you."  I look at him for a few seconds before saying, "Rude. Anyway! When are you gonna ask her out? Because I have 15 dollars riding by the end of the day."

He laughs as he says, "You made a bet?" "Yep!" He calms down and says, "I'll go for it when the time is right." He puts our stuff in the trunk and we both get in the car. We drive down the path and stop as we spot our friends huddled up waiting for us.

Yoongi gets out of the driver's seat and tosses the keys to Taehyung, everyone piles in and buckles up as Taehyung starts the car. "What are we doing next?" Jimin asks curiously, "Hmm.." V ponders, "Maybe we could...Go..Back into town, eat out at a pizzeria and go to park?" "Yes!" Hoseok shouts, "let's do it! I love parks!" After everyone agrees to go to the park, we drive to town.

We pull into the pizzeria and get out of the car, "This place is really small.. Do you think they have a table big enough for seven people?" I wonder out loud. "Stop being so pessimistic!" Kiley says as she throws her arm around my shoulder, "I'm not being a pessimist. I'm being a realist." I reply as I roll my eyes.

"I think kileys going to steal your girl Taehyung." Kiley kisses my cheek and winks at me mockingly, making Hoseok laugh. "Kiley! Stay in your lane! Stick with Yoongi!" V shouts dramatically. Kiley turns to Yoongi and gives a suggestive look before laughing and walking into the restaurant and to a booth.

I turn to V with a knowing look and casually slip in the booth beside Kiley. "That was embarrassing.." she mutters to me while the guys are ordering the pizzas, "But you saved yourself from further embarrassment so smoothly!" I laugh.

She looks at me and groans laying her head on my shoulder, after a few seconds of silence, she gets over the 'embarrassment' and casually asks, "So..On a scale of 1 to 10, how amazing is Taehyung at kissing?" "A 9. I'm holding out for a 10 because there's always room for improvement."

She looks at me amused, as all the guys sit down in the booth. "We ordered 3 pizzas...Cheese, supreme, and pepperoni. They said it would be thirty minutes." V states. "Alright!" I start, "Then let's talk until the food gets here!" Jimin sighs as he reasons, "The park is just down the road. We could go to the park as we wait, get the pizza when it's ready, and then eat it at the cabin."

Everyone looks at him until jungkook says, "Wow Jimin..I didn't know you could be so smart for someone so short." Jimin glares at him making everyone chuckle a bit.
