Austin and Ally- Love Comes Around

what to do?

I am lying in bed waiting for Ally to come in. I am so tired but I don’t want to go to bed until I kiss her and tell her goodnight. I finally see her walk through the door and smile, “Aubrey asleep?” she nods and heads into the bathroom. A couple minutes later she is back and laying next to me. I wrap my good arm around her and turn a little so I can kiss her. A sweet innocent kiss turns out to be more. I pull away laughing, “Goodnight baby.” She giggles and turns over mumbling a night.

I am so tired but I can’t sleep. I look over and see Ally in a deep sleep. I smile as I sit up in bed and grab my phone. There has to be something I can do to fall asleep. I play candy crash but soon get mad that I can’t beat the level and start playing on twitter. However that is no fun if no one is up. I look at my clock on my phone and see that it is three in the morning. Yep, no one is up. I sigh and grab my headphones and find my music and play it. Hopefully I can fall asleep.

I feel my phone vibrating on my chest. I look down and see my phone vibrating. Really, I finally get to sleep and am woken up. I look at the clock and see it is four. Ugh, grabbing my phone I check and see I have a text message. I open the message and see it’s from Brooke.

I look over and see Ally still asleep and slightly snoring. I smile and look back at my phone. What should I do? I haven’t talked to her since we sung the songs Ally wrote for us. I decide I should atleast see what she wants. I unlock my phone and open the message.
Hey, I saw you were on twitter. I figured at three in the morning it must be that you can’t sleep. If you want to talk to anyone to help you sleep I am here.
Brooke.

Wow that is sweet. What should I say? Should I write back? I yawn and look at the phone trying to decide what to do. I open the message again and hit reply.
Hey, Thanks. Yeah I couldn’t sleep. Thanks for the offer but I am so tired right now I don’t think I will need help. If I need help again I will text you.

I wait and just as I am about to fall asleep again I feel the phone vibrate. I open it and see a text back.
Okay. Sleep good. Have a nice dreams and I am always here if you need me.

Putting my phone to the side I lay down. Wow that was so sweet. I thought she hated me. I move a little and wish I could wrap my arms around Ally. I smile at how she looks like a little ball. I yawn again and fall asleep thinking about Ally, Aubrey, how I can get another baby and sadly Brooke.

I feel lips on mine and start to come out of my sleep. I feel a hand on my chest and the lips move to my jaw. I feel the lips on me again and open my eyes to see Ally. I smile in the kiss and she pulls back smiling. “I like waking up that way.” She laughs and moves away from me. “Come on. Aubrey is asking for you.” I smile and get up and head to the room next to ours.

Walking in I see Aubrey holding this stuffed animal doll. I lean on the door a little to keep the pressure off my leg and smile as I watch her try to talk to the door like an adult would. I must have let out a laugh because her little head turns and I see a smile light up her face. “Dadda.” I feel Ally’s hand on my lower back and turn and see her standing next to me smiling. We smile at each other and turn our attention back to Aubrey. She puts her arms out and as I go to hobble to her she smiles and starts to clumsily walk to me. 

She falls right at me feet but I am smiling so big I can’t even feel the pain as I reach down and pick her up. I start to kiss her cheeks. “Aubrey sweetie. You did it. You walked.” She is beaming at me and Ally. I turn to Ally and she has tears running down her face with a smile as big as mine. Kissing Aubrey’s cheek she sighs. “You are growing up to fast.” I laugh and put her back down.

Aubrey stands up and puts her arms out and again clumsily walks back over to her doll. I smile and turn to Ally. She looks up at me and with a smile she pulls me down to her height and kisses me. Pulling away I have  a bigger smile on my face if that is even possible. “Ally that was amazing.” Nodding she turns back to Aubrey and then looks back at me with a smile. “She waited for you. She wanted you to see her walk.” I think about it and smile more before I hobble to Aubrey and sit down and play with her.

We took Aubrey outside and played with her outside. She loved it. She liked learning to walk in the grass. Every time she would fall she would smile and look up at the sky. After all day of walking she has crashed on the floor of the living room. I smile as I sit on the couch and watch her sleep. She has gotten a lot better at walking. She is still clumsy but I figure in no time she will be a pro.

I don’t know what comes over me but suddenly I feel sad. My baby is walking and talking. I want my baby girl back. She is growing up so fast. It feels like just yesterday I found out Ally was pregnant. I look at my phone and can’t believe it. Aubrey is going to be a year old in a week. Where did the time go? What am I going to do for her party?

 I see Ally about to grab Aubrey. “Wait. Come here.” She comes closer to the couch and I pull her on my good leg and she giggles. I look up at her and she looks confused. “Ally, what are we doing for Aubrey’s birthday?” She looks down then back up smiling, “The first birthday is really just for the family. She won’t remember it. So I was thinking we invite over our friends and families and just have like a beach and pool hang out.” I look down as I think about it. “Fine, but we are gonna have a princess at the party too so Aubrey has something.” Ally looks at me weird, “Where are we gonna get a princess?” I laugh and rub my neck nervously, “Umm, can’t you like rent one from Disney.”

She is laughing hard and gets up, “Austin, yeah if you are at the park. You can’t just rent a princess from them and bring her home.” I rub my neck nervously and I feel my cheeks heat up. “I…I didn’t know. I will uh… I will find something else for Aubrey.” Laughing she nods and picks Aubrey up and takes her to her bed.

I thought the princess would be cool. Aubrey would love that. What am I gonna do now? Looking down I see my phone. I unlock it and see my text messages.  Wait, I have an idea. Grabbing my phone I call someone I never thought I would again. It rings for a couple seconds then I hear the voice I wanted to forget. “Hello?”

I look to the stairs and sigh, “Hi, Brooke.”

I am sorry I have not updated. I have not felt good. I have not been sleeping so I have been exhausted and so tired. Also I got in this weird mood where happy romance was anything but what I wanted. I am so sorry I didn't write.
