Dean and Castiel well they are also a brilliant couple.
Castiel Novak is a beautiful soul. He did fairly well in school he was the outcast of his class. Not really much to say about him, he kept to his own didn't need to be laid every friday night, he didn't need to get shit faced drunk he didn't need to do anything but know himself and love himself. Which he did.
Dean Winchester was the person who didn't need to do what every other jock did. But that didn't make him a good kid of course he didn't get good grades it just wasn't him. What was him was the all star quarterback but he did get at least a C for all his classes so he could play football.
Dean Winchester met Castiel Novak during their first hour class. Dean was early on his first day to school, and he didn't want to do anything else so he went to his first hour. Cas was in the back of the room patiently waiting for first hour English to begin. Dean walked in getting Cas' attention because on any normal day, he was alone until the warning bell.
Dean looked at Cas with a small gentle smile, and Cas just simply smiled back.
"Hello, I'm Dean Winchester." Dean said once he was by Cas.
"Hi, nice to meet you Dean. My name is Castiel Novak." Castiel said with a nod.
"Can I call you Cas?"
"Sure, that's a better nickname than what my family calls me."
"What do they call you?"
"They call me Cassie."
"Oh, wow that's one name that I will use."
"What does that suppose to mean?" Cas asked with a head tilt and squinted eyes.
"I don't know." Dean said with a smile.
"Okay then."
"Did you want to come over after school?"
"Sure."
With that the bell rung and students filed in.
They hung out and became really good friends.
From then on they were best friends, Dean's teammates questioned him on why he's friends with the nerd but he didn't care what they thought.
Dean was invited to a party one friday night. He convinced Cas to come with him to the party of course it's not his cup of tea but he went anyways with plenty of persistence.
They got ready with each other but was facing the other way. They were having fun at the party, when the two were swept into a party game which was a mix of spin the bottle and seven minutes in heaven. Dean had one drink and Cas had one too but that's all they wanted or needed.
They were sat down by a group of three or four people and they had a bottle in the middle. Dean's thought was Oh great I hope I don't spin and land on Ava who wants a simple seven minutes in heaven turn into a one night stand. They played it never landed on Dean nor Cas but they went in a circle so it was inevitable. Dean spun the bottle, everyone watched it spin and it landed on Cas.
The others shacked them into the closet that was closest.
"We don't have to if you don't want to, Cas." Dean said not wanting to upset his best friend when he finds out that Dean likes him.
"No it's fine it's part of the game right?"
"Right, but you need to know something first."
"What's that?"
"I like you as in more than friends."
Cas leaned in closer to Dean's ear and whispered, "So do I."
Dean let out the breath he didn't know he was holding and leaned forward to kiss Cas. It was a long sloppy kiss that the two loved. They pulled back for air and they looked at each other and smiled they kissed once more, and Dean asked him out to which Cas said yes to.
They walked out and kept walking they were going to go back to Bobby's or Dean's place. They hopped into the impala and Dean and Cas were happy and they felt complete.
