Chapter 18

~~~~Time Skip to October~~~~~

Autumn is here, the trees are slowly losing their red, orange, yellow and brown leaves. Dean and Castiel had set a date for October 7, 2018. They were going to have a fall wedding which no one mind that means it's just easier for them with bug control.

Sam and Gabriel went for a walk and it wasn't a walk like they did couple months ago. Sam had a planned walk for them on this fine October day. Gabriel didn't mind walking around with Sam, Sam now he was determined to find that park again but he forgot where he was going he was too nervous.

They finally found the park; he then led him through the park to a little secluded field it was a beautiful spot for the proposal. They were just sitting on the ground watching the clouds and watching the leaves fall.

Gabriel subconsciously leaned on Sam and Sam leaned back. They were now talking about their 'dream house'.

"So what we need in our house is a window with seating by it, you know what I'm talking about?" Gabriel asked with a smile, in thought of them owning a house together. Sure they live together but he was thinking more of a commitment, they could be married when they get this house.

"Yea I do, I was planning on it anyways because natural lighting for when I read." Sam said which earned a smile and a chuckle from Gabriel.

"Okay while you use it to read I'm going to use it and you to take pictures and it'll be dramatic ass pictures, you'll not notice at first, then your eyes will slowly look up at me, then you'll put your book down now yelling and it'll just be perfect."

"It'll be perfect as long as it's you taking the pictures of me and no one else. This will be perfect because I love you and you love me and that's all that matters."

"Yea it will, also we will have a chocolate lab and name him Bilbo."

"Bilbo?"

"Yes we're geeks it's going to happen."

"Touche."

"Also we will have a huge master bedroom, with a giant bathroom attached."

"Okay, we'll also have stashes of red and orange lollipops, and grape hard candies."

"Can't forget the chocolate." Gabriel added.

"Hey I have a question."

"Hey what's that?"

"What about our future?"

"Well that's what we're talking about."

"No we're talking about our house, what about our relationship status?"

"Mmm, I don't know. What do you think?" Gabriel heart rate went up and was increasing and he had butterflies in his stomach.

"Well, I was just wondering." with those words Gabriel calmed down and he was a little bummed. Gabriel look away, he thought that it was time or he thought that Sam was ready but I guess he was wrong. Sam looked down at him, he kissed his cheek then grabbed his chin to make him look at him. Sam kissed his lips and as he was doing that he grabbed the box from his pocket. "I was just wondering if you will marry me?" Sam asked with a smile and he had the ring out.

Gabriel was in tears, partly from thinking Sam wasn't ready and thinking he actually just proposed.

"Yes Samsquatch." Sam smiled even wider if that was possible and he kissed Gabriel and slid the ring onto his finger.

Sam wiped the tears from Gabriel's face and smiled at him, "why are you still crying?" Sam asked with a little frown.

"I don't know."
