You sat in a tree branch as your tail swayed slowly in sorrow. Your knees were pressed against your chest as you softly cried in memories. It was the tenth year without your parents and it was breaking you so badly. Your ears were perked against the back of your hair as your shoulders shook. You were wearing jeans, slightly worn down sneakers, a faded (f/c) shirt with a leather jacket over it. Your ears and tail matched your hair as the tiger like stripes on your skin matched your eyes. You were still crying as Sans walked by.
Sans heard your crying and looked around until he looked up in the tree. "(Y/n)?" You looked around until you looked down to see Sans. "Come down here please." Sans requested, you nodded and hopped down, using your claw attack to slide from the branch. "What's wrong?" Sans asked when you got to the ground. You took your silver locket off and opened it to show Sans the two pictures of your parents. "I... I miss them so bad, Sa- I mean captain..." You said with a sigh, Sans took your hand and placed the locket in your palm.
He then stepped forward to hug you. You were shocked until you realized how much you needed a hug. You gripped part of his scarf as you whimpered into his shoulder. Sans was rubbing your back in slow circles before he gently touched your ear. Your ear twitched before Sans started to pet it, you let out a little purr as your tail swayed in a more joyful way. You then shoved your locket into your pocket before Sans held your shoulder with a strong grip. "We will find the humans who killed your parents. I promise as a friend."
You smiled as your ears perked slightly up. Sans smiled back before he slowly moved his hand to your cheek. You felt him rubbing the scar you received when the human attacked. You knew he felt like it was his fault, so did the pack and other guards. "It's ok Sans. I.. It doesn't hurt anymore.." You said in hopes to reassure him, Sans gave you another smile before he stopped rubbing the scar. He just left his thumb over it. You silently giggled before stepping forward and kissing his cheek bone. You didn't see the blue hue on his face.
"I... I love you, Sans..." You mumbled slightly, Sans chuckled and wrapped his arms around your upper and lower back. "I love you too, (y/n)." Sans said while nuzzling your forehead with his. You smiled and nuzzled him back.
