For all the times that you're in despair
This love was unfair
Knowing that your heart belongs to her
I'm just here, right beside you
But when will you notice me?
I'm like a crumpled paper in the corner of the room
Waiting for you to find me
When night falls you're all I can think of
Staring up the sky, hoping for the best
From where it falls the darkest
And watching the stars shining from above
Mesmerizing the darkness around me
Will all my wishes come true?
When will I be beside you?
And as I close my eyes
I leave my heart open
For someone who'll never be inside it.
