Jake's Prologue:Setting Off

  *Door opens and Jake walks in*

Jake:Ah mother I am back home how are you holding up?

Jake's Mom:Jake? Back so soon? *coughs* and yes I am fine I just need more rest that is all.

Jake:You sound pretty bad here let me get you a bit of medicine *gives his mom some medicine*

Jake's Mom:Why thank you *cough* you have been such a wonderful help and you have always been looking after me in my sickly state your father would be so happy..Ah if only he were still alive.

Jake:Yes I will always be there for you mother you and father are the most precious people in my life it hurt so bad when he passed away and now all we have is each other.

Jake's Mom:So will you be setting off today to go and visit Anna and Iris in Falx? You haven't seen them since you were little I bet they would be very happy and surprised seeing you now.

Jake:As a matter of fact yes that is where I am headed to. But will you be okay mother? Your illness you have been sick for so long now are you sure you will be fine here by yourself? I mean there is medicine but I don't know if I got enough. *has a look of concern*

Jake's Mom:Hoho oh Jake always so generous and caring toward others even after all we have been through in the past. Of course, I'll be fine *cough* And I have enough medicine to last awhile you go right on ahead Jake.

Jake:Heh alright and while I am away I'll be sure to try and get some money for you mother so you can get better! *Stands up and leaves*

Jake's Mom: Oh Jake how you have grown good luck *cough* if only I wasn't sick I would go with you.

Jake:Alright I have everything set out and prepared to go I promise you mother I will return with at least something to help you! I wonder if Anna and Iris will recognize me at first sight once I arrive in Falx? I still will never forget their understanding and generous hearts when they reached out to us back then when we needed the help.

Ellen:Hey Jake wait up!!!!!! Jake!! Hey!!!!!! 

Jake:Eh!? Ellen!? What are you doing here? and you are so out of breath too are you alright?

Ellen:Huff y-yeah I just stopped by your mother's place and she said you were leaving town so I caught up to you as fast as I could how could you just try to up and leave without telling me ya goof! 

Jake: Ouch Ellen that kinda hurt there *rubs arm* haha I'm sorry I didn't think I would need to tell you and besides I didn't want you to worry.

Ellen: Of course I would worry about you! And not telling me would have made me worry more! You are one of my most best friends ever and we have practically grown up together in this town!

Jake:Yes you are correct I suppose...Ah, I need a favor of you Ellen before I go *takes out a small bag of money* I need you to look after and support my mother while I am away this is all the money I have. And be sure to split it with you and your family as well as I know you guys are going through hard times now too.

Ellen:*Looks surprised*...Jake you really didn't have to but... Thank you, your always so kind and giving to others. And don't you worry I will watch over her for you! You know I will.

Jake:Thank you, Ellen..And yes of course I am the one thing I hate seeing the most is the poor suffering my dream is to one day be able to protect everyone and help give to the poor. Anna and Iris both share that same vision as well. Well, Ellen I better start heading off..

Ellen:*Hugs Jake* listen you ya better be careful out there! I have been hearing a lot about how it has been getting dangerous in some parts of the continent lately so watch it!

Jake:I will Ellen and besides I can defend myself a bit if need be my fire magic will carry me along so no need to worry! Well, I'll be going now take care! *Walks off*

Ellen:*Waves to Jake* See you again!! and be sure to stop by here every now and then!

Jake a youth who has some mastery over fire magic.
