Anna & Iris's Prologue:Love Always

Woman: Oh thank you so much miss Anna for saving our son from those ruffians.

Man:Yes we cannot thank you enough sorry we do not have much to give you for helping us..All we could offer is a small amount of what's left of our money.

Anna:*smiles* Haha no, no you guys keep I don't need it your family needs it more and don't mention it. Heh, it was only natural I helped you guys out after all it is my duty along with Iris to watch over and protect this town! We make sure at all times our people are happy.

Woman:Ah thank you again, Anna, you and Iris are so very kind and helpful we are glad to live in Silk Town with you both here it is always safe and peaceful. Well farewell *leaves with husband*

Anna:Whew another job well done *heads back into home* Iris are you here?.... *looks around* hmm she must have gone out *sighs* I was hoping she would be back when I arrived.

*sits down and reads through some papers*

Anna:...... This isn't very good news five currently unsolved murders within a single week in the town not too far from here killer is still currently not found aswell as the towns head whom also vanished... *puts down papers and sighs* I just hope that does not start spreading over here to our town, Iris and I already have our work cut out for us as is...I better go and find her *gets out of the chair and goes outside*

Iris:*standing gazing down at the water*......

Anna:Iris!? Iris! There you are I found you so you were out at the bridge getting some fresh air?

Iris:Ah Anna yes I was, so how did it go?

Anna: Oh helping that family out? It went very well and I managed to get their son back was no sweat it was only a bunch of bandits.

Iris: Oh that is wonderful news to hear.

Anna:Iris is something wrong? It seems almost as if something is bothering you are you ill?

Iris:N-no...*turns towards Anna* just..Concerned..

Anna:Concerned about what?

Iris:Anna..I worry what if our being together does not last..Or what if something terrible is to befall one of us? And we end up being split apart? I..Just cannot bear the thought of anything like that happening..

Anna:*Has a look of surprise*....... ....... So..That is what has been bothering you. Iris, I love you and only you, and where you go I shall go..And no matter what I will always be with you. Look at how long it has been already 8 years and I haven't gone anywhere.

Iris:I..I know but still, sometimes I worry..I just don't want anything bad to happen..

Anna:*Looks down at water* Heh remember 5 years ago when we fought off an invading force from this town and right when the enemy was about to strike at you while you were off guard I got between the attack and took it instead.

Iris:Y-yes I do but you didn't have to you know? I would rather have taken the hit than you..The scar left on you..That fire magic left a burn on your back, Anna..I'm sorry I was so careless back then I should have paid more attention to the enemies around.

Anna:Iris..Remember I will always be there to protect you and it isn't your fault and I would do it all over again if it meant you're being safe.

Iris:...Thank you, Anna, I should have known there was no way to change your mind on this. You are always so keen on protecting me but remember I will gladly do the same for you if you're in the same spot.

Anna:Heh I know you will.... Hmm, I just noticed this spot...This is where we first confessed our feelings to each other all those years ago.

Iris:Ah yes it is I was such a nervous wreck back then I..didn't know if you shared the same feelings as I did.

Anna:Iris....*takes out two rings and puts on on Iris's finger* I got these for us matching rings I want to spend the rest of my days with you and I got these as a sign of our bond.

Iris:!!!?...Anna it's very beautiful *sniffles* f-falling in love with you was the greatest happening of my life.

Anna:I knew you would like it *hugs and kisses her* I vow on my life to continue to always be there for you Iris till death do us apart I love you always.

Iris:And I love you too....You know I have been thinking maybe we should look into adopting a child there are many orphanages around that are filled up especially now currently..The increase in abandoned children or those whose parents have died has been on an increase lately it's so terrible they have to go through such pain of loss. And besides, I've always wanted to raise a child with you, Anna.

Anna:W-what!? adopt a child? Heh, that sounds great but Iris we still have a duty to fulfill of being the guardians of this town and its people. I mean with a kid with us we could still do what needs to be done but it will be a little harder and we can't afford to retire yet we have no one who can take over our posts yet.

Iris:I think we do..Jake remember that boy who we helped years ago? Protecting the innocent and feeding the poor has always been his dream after what he has been through. He has similar goals in life for the people as us. And he has high potential already to be strong.

Anna:Ah yes him I wonder how he has grown? He hasn't come to visit Silk Town in a long time. Hmm, you have a point there heh you were not gonna let me slip outta this one easy huh? Fine, I'll consider it but for right now let's focus on our duties together *holds Iris's hand* Everyone is counting on us if we were to suddenly go it wouldn't be good on the townspeople let's take our time.

Iris:Heh alright Anna my love. Let's go home now I'll cook up your favorite dish today.

Anna: Oh goody and I am starved too after today's work haven't eaten all day!

Anna & Iris the two great protectors of Silk Town in the region of Falx. They love each other dearly and are almost always seen together rarely apart. Their small town is very peaceful and seldom anything bad happens but soon that will change with the new creeping threat that is spreading across the entire world of Lagios.
