Aries's Chapter:Death of a God

  Aries:Heheh to think my search would bring me here to Falx but now.. I've found this legendary location the Crystal Labyrinth.. Magnificent!! *walks slowly through the brightly shining white crystal corridors and paths*

Man:!!! This..Dark presence I feel..So I was correct about this bad omen and it is here now.

Aries:Ho I finally found you..Blanc, you are the god of this area the god of light. Your labyrinth though complex was nothing to me and I am sure by now you know what I am here for..So out with it where is the Holy Grail? Many have heard of this elusive artifact but it is so elusive that people have begun to say it is just legend but I know it is not so.

Blanc:So you are the cause of all the darkness spreading across the land and you dare stand up to and make demands to a god this way? such arrogance! And there is no way I would ever tell the likes of you where the Holy Grail is but I can tell you one thing it isn't here it never was! its location has been since changed.

Aries:Ah is that so? Or is it you know it's location and you just won't tell me? Surely as a god, you must know. Hmph either way that isn't the only reason I came here you see since you will not tell me where the Holy Grail is I have no need for you anymore and nor does anyone else you see god...Blanc today will be the day a god dies.

Blanc:You really think you can step in this holy area of light and go through with your plans? As the god of light, I have no choice but to end you! *raises hand into air* take this!!!! ''Eight Holy Pillars of Light!!!''

*eight large pillars of bright light form around Aries*

Aries:*Looks around at all the pillars* Ooooh...Interesting... *the eight pillars around Aries begin to emit a bright white electricity all around and causes a massive explosion*

Blanc:It's not done yet!! Haaaa *holds hand forward* ''Divine Light Javelins!!!'' *a bunch of javelins made of light shoot forward where Aries is*

Aries:*Hops out of large cloud of smoke* What an interesting set of attacks there they are pretty terrifying considering one was a trap based one followed by an attack barrage one. So..This is the power of a god.

Blanc:!!! (how did he live through all that? Not even a mark on him he is no ordinary person I don't know what he used to bypass the damage but...)

Aries:Now isn't it about time we stopped playing games, Blanc? I am pretty sure a god like yourself has probably heard of the Nine Zodiac demons no?

Blanc:The Nine Zodiac Demons!!? Of course, I have heard of those evil devils all of the gods of this land know of them.

Aries:Yes exactly as I thought well I'll have you know they have returned from their being sealed away and I am the one who has done so. Back all those years ago they had become such a large threat such a powerful force that normal humans were starting to lose hope But that was when six gods arrived from the heavens and helped defeat and seal them away.. One such god being you Blanc.

Blanc:So it was you who had summoned them back this time.. I knew something was spreading across the continent but I didn't want to believe it was them. Do you realize what you have done!!? They are dangerous all of them!!

Aries: Oh I know what I have done...Because the one that called upon them the first time was me! Do you really think the nine of them would just follow and take orders from just anyone? Have you wondered why I alone am able to order them around and have had them as my faithful allies? It's because I am far stronger than all of them combined. But you see back all those years ago I wouldn't be standing here in front of a god the way I am now because back then I wasn't able to handle you but I have studied the way you gods work and overtime I became stronger too.

Blanc:Enough of this ''Crushing Light Fang!!'' *a pair of giant teeth made of light appear on both sides of Aries closing in on him fast*

Aries:Hmph *quickly hops into the air* Now I'll show you the difference in our power Blanc!!! ''Darkness:Spiritual Binding Shackles!'' *a bunch of black chains with sharp edges shoot toward Blanc and impales him in multiple areas of his body*

Blanc:Ugh!!!! Ah..I..my body I can't move it what is the meaning of this!?

Aries:*walks slowly to Blanc" You see Blanc overtime I learned one thing about you gods that come down into our world your bodies cannot be touched whatsoever well at least your kind at least. You do not have a solid mass in your bodies you are pretty much in an intangible spirit state despite how you look to mere eyes. So if I had tried to attack you years before now I wouldn't be able to touch your body and I would be killed...That is until I came up with this spell here these binding shackles bypass that intangibility as they can hit things that are ''not there'' these are meant specifically for that.

Blanc: But..Why would you go to such lengths only to steal the Holy Grail?

Aries:Ho no you have it all wrong I had no intentions even if the Holy Grail was here to spare your life I had every intention of killing you and the other gods from the start why? Well since you will be dying I'll tell you. You see one would be foolish to simply kill a god and walk away no i won't do that I also came with the intention of absorbing your power to add to my own *chants a magic spell and dark purple aura forms around his hands* heh and I'll do the same to the other gods too in the rest of the sacred locations *grabs Blanc by the neck and begins sucking him dry*

Blanc:Unnnnn... y-you won't get away with this.. all of what you have done..you..will be stopped *takes out a book with a white cover and tosses it across the room.

Aries:Farewell Blanc I've got what I need from you heh your just a shell of your former self now but I'll grant you the honor of dying by your own attack ''Crushing Light Fang!!!'' *fangs of light close in and kills Blanc*

*the white book begins to emit a glow*

Aries:Hmm? Now, what could that mean with that book? *walks over and tries to grab the book but a powerful barrier blocks Aries from reaching it* hmm a barrier eh? And it's a very complex one too whatever that book is Blanc didn't want me to get to it at all very easy.. He must have planted the barrier before he died either way the book doesn't matter to me I have what I came here for.. Now to go and find the other remaining gods and kill them too heheh everything is going just as planned *puts hood on and slowly leaves the Crystal Labyrinth*
