Chapter 3

We made it to beacon, and it's a big place. In the bullhead, i was properly introduced to team JNPR and explain what's beacon, but I never expected this.

Ruby: "Welcome, to Beacon Academyyy! Where boys and girl come to become Hunters and Huntress. A place wh-"
Weiss: "Ruby, I think that's enough."
Ruby: "But, weiss...."
Weiss: "No..." Everyone started laughing, I chuckle a bit.

We head to the tower, everybody was in front of me and I was at the back of the group. Everyone seem like they were happy.

Me: I never expected this. The day I can finally walk normally like everyone else, without having anybody running away. I was happy, I couldn't help but smile.
Weiss: "I think this is the first time I've seen you smile."
Me: "Oh, sorry about that."
Weiss: "I'm not going to scold you for smiling you dunce. I'm just surprised, and y-you look g-good with a smile." She blushes a bit.
???: "Oh, th-thanks." I felt myself blushing a bit as well and look away.
When I look at the the other girls, for some reason they look a bit annoyed and were pouting.

We reach the tower and went up in the elevator. When we reach the top, we enter the room and I see a man with gray hair, glasses, green jacket, driking from his mug, and sitting by his desk.

???: "So your the one who took on an entire army of grim by yourself?"
Me: "Yes that would be me."
???: "It's a pleasure to meet you. Team RWBY and JNPR, job well done. You may all be dismissed." They all left, except for me. "My name is Ozpin. I know who are, and about your reputation."
Me: Crap... "And your not afraid of me?"
Ozpin: "No not really, but I'm curious about something. Is it true what they say? That anywhere you go, you leave a trail of death?"
Me: "Well not completely, I can walk to places without killing anyone, otherwise you would be dead."
Ozpin: "True, and the two teams would have never make it back."
Me: "Whats true, is that if I don't keep my power in check, it could kill anyone within a mile from me. And when I sleep, sometimes a bit of my power slips out."
Ozpin: "I see. So you have trouble controlling this power?"
Me: "Yeah..." I bet now his gonna ask me to leave. It's the right choice. It's safer for the students.
Ozpin: "What's your name?"
Me: "Well people call me many things, like Death, Grim Reaper, Executioner-"
Ozpin: "I mean you're real name."
Me: "......"
Ozpin: "Do you have a name?"
Me: *sigh* "No I don't."
Ozpin: "Would you like me to give you a name?"
Me: "Really?... You can give me a name?"
Ozpin: "Why of course, everyone needs a name." He got up from his chair and walk towards. "Hmmmm... How about (Y/n)?"
Me: "(Y/n)... I like it. Thank you very much." I do a small bow to him.
Ozpin: "In return, I would like you to attend Beacon."
Me: "I... I'm not so sure that's a good idea."
Ozpin: "We can teach how to control your power, and give you a home."
Me: "Well... On one condition. I'll attend this school, but I will not live here. For Precarion."
Ozpin: "Hmmmm, Alright then."
Me: "Then it's a deal." We both shake hands.
Ozpin: "One more thing." He takes out a scroll, and hands it to me. "We can keep in contact with this."
Me: "Thank you."

I left his office, when I arrived outside, I couldn't help but grin at the sunny day.

Me: Things will be different starting today.

Timeskip 3rd pov
Now that (Y/n) is gonna be attending Beacon, he wanted to check it out.

(Y/n): Damn this place is just too big for a school. *rumbling* Where the fuck is the cafeteria?....

Students started to stare at me, and I can tell they are saying things about me. I see giant doors, I open them and found the cafeteria.

Me: "I FINALLY FOUND IT!" I said loudly.

Everyone then stop their chatter and looked my way, I just kept walking where the food is being served, while looking down embarrassed. I finally reach the serving lady and pick up a tray, which felt like hours.

Me: "U-ummmm, c-can I have one of each pl-please?"
Serving lady: "Well of course sonny, here you go. You must be starving."
Me: "Thank you. I haven't eaten in three days."
Serving lady: "Oh my! You poor boy. Here take extra." She place more food on the tray.
Me: "I'm grateful for your kindness."

I bow a little and went to sit at a empty table. Since my sword is too big, I place it on the table, making a loud clunking sound. Some students saw this and look a bit surprised for some reason.

Me: What's the big deal? Aren't they hunters and huntresses? I expected this would be normal. Then again, I'd be pretty astonished by a guy who has ragged clothing and carries a big sword around.

I started devouring my food. When I was almost done, I spotted team RWBY entering the cafeteria. I wave to them, and they wave back, except for Weiss she just look to the side. They got their food and walk towards me. They sit with me at the table, Ruby was sitting next to me.

Me: "Hey guys. What's up?"
Yang: "What do you think dumb dumb. We're huuuungryyyy." Doing like a zombie. We all laughed.
Weiss: "It's weird that you don't have a name."
Yang: "Hey, what if I give you a name?"
Blake: "I wouldn't consider it."
Yang: "Why is that?!" She slams her hand on the table.
Blake: "Because knowing you, it will be weird."
Yang: "what?!"
Me: "Hey calm down. Thanks for the offer, but Ozpin gave me one already."
Ruby: "Oh, then what is your name?"
Me: "it's (Y/n)."
Weiss: "I like it."
Ruby: "Me too"
Yang: "Not bad, but I wish I could have given you name."
Blake: "I like it as well."

We kept talking and making jokes. Getting to know each other, although it was about them, not me.

Ruby: "Hey, uh (Y/n)."
Me: "What is it?"
Ruby: "If you don't mind, canIexamineyourweapons."
Me: "Surprisingly, I understood what you just said. Sure why not?"

I take out Mercy and put it next to Chaoseater. Ruby stares at them, like if they were treasure.

Ruby: "These are so cool! I'm surprised you can carry the sword with one hand."
Me: "Well I used to train alot with it"

I lied, I don't know how, but I always had it with me from the start. And it felt natural to me, I knew how to use it, without the knowledge of anyone. Same goes with my handgun.

Ruby: "I would like to battle you one day!"
Me: "I'm not so sure about that."
Ruby: "Why?!" She sounded a bit disappointed.
Me: "Well... I-I don't want to hurt you. Your important to me."

Ruby started blushing as red as her hood. Yang, weiss, and Blake look shocked.

Ruby: "I-I-I-uh, ummm"
Me: "That goes for all of you. I never had a single friend in my entire life. I would give away my life to protect you all. So thank you"

They all started blushing a dark red. Looking like they were about to explode. But they also had this face od disappointment.

Weiss: "I um, I-I'm also g-g-glad to ha-have m-met you."
Yang: "S-So am I!" She tries to look unaffected.
Blake: "....Thanks...." Is all she could say.

*Ting* I check my scroll, and see a message.

(Ozpin): (Y/n), please go to the edge of Emerald forest, near school. There's an small aircraft waiting for you. Thank you.
Me: "Gotta go, Ozpin is calling. Later"

I pick up my weapons and holster them, and waved goodbye to the red girls.
