---- Melony's POV ----

I woke up in my old bedroom. Posters of One Direction and Harry (mostly Harry) surrounded me along with their dolls. I felt like taking them down. Even though I was over the anger towards Harry, and now I'm just upset, it reminded me of his beautiful smile, voice, just everything about him!

I went down into the kitchen to find a sticky note attached to the fridge. It read:

I have to go to work until 7PM. I'm really sorry honey, but I hope you can entertain yourself.

Great. Now I'm on my own the rest of the day. I know what I'll do! I'll go to the movie theatre with Danielle, Donny and Nick!

To: Danielle, Nick, Donny: Hey guys! Wanna go to the movies later? 3PM

From: Danielle: Can't, sorry! I'm studying for finals :( Maybe tomorrow

From: Donny: Sorry Mel, I can't today. I have to go to work

From: Nick: Sounds fun! Looks like it's only gonna be me and you though

To: Nick: That's fine :) See you then!

At least I'll be with one of my best friends!

~ 2:15PM ~

I got changed and waited for Nick to pick me up. And right then, he knocked on the door.

I opened the door and found a bouquet of red roses with a note attached. It read:

Mel,

I can't stop thinking of you. I need you in my life. It literally kills me inside to think that I won't come home to you. So, surprise!

---- Harry's POV ----

I can't live without Melony. I need her. So that's why I came down to Tennessee to surprise her.

I walked down the path to her front door and knocked in the door, but hid around the corner. I put the bouquet of red roses on the porch for her to see. I heard the door open. So I peaked over, and saw Melony looking around for someone. But she closes the door, taking the roses in with her. So that's when I knocked on the door. And when she opens the door, her jaw drops, as well as the roses. Immediately, she hugs me tightly. I pick her up and hug her too. I missed her hugs.

"I missed you so much! It's been hell without you!" I tell her "It's been hell without you too!" She says and we kiss. And that's when I heard a car pull up into her driveway. I let her down to see who it is. And then a dark haired boy, around my age, walks up to the porch in a grey t-shirt, jeans, a SnapBack and sunglasses. Who is this guy?! Has she already moved on?! No, she couldn't have! She loves ME!

"Oh uh, hi Nick!" Mel says to him, Nick "Hey Mel!" He says and hugs her. Does he not see me standing here?! "I'm Harry, Melony's ex - boyfriend" I say, but then Melony corrects me and says "Boyfriend" she looks at me and smiles. "Oh uh, hi Harry! I'm Nick, Melony's friend" he says and shakes my hand. "Nice to meet you!" He says and I reply with a "You too" "Um, Nick and I were going to go to the movies, but then you came, so, I guess we could all go?!" Melony says, and Nick and I say it's fine.

This guy I hope, is a friend and never was anything different because he might've pulled something on Melony if I didn't show up! Nah, Mel wouldn't have let him.

---- Nick's POV ----

So, Melony is dating the guy of her dreams. Harry Styles. That could've been me if he didn't show up! Shit! All this time I've been planning on how to ask Mel out and then he comes and ruins it all! Just because he has good hair, is tall, and everything she's ever wanted. I knew she still loved him though, so she would've said no to my date attempt. But I'm here if all else fails with him!

We drove in my car to the movie theatre. I drove, Melony in the passenger seat, Harry in the back. I knew Mel hated not sitting beside Harry because he just got back, but I didn't want to see or hear Mel kiss another guy in my car. Whatever. I was stupid to think that it would work out between us. Her heart belongs to Harry and I respect that.

We got to our seats in the theatre; Harry on the left, Me on the right, Mel in the middle. And sat down to watch the previews and eat half a bag of popcorn. We're seeing 'Catching Fire'; Melony's favourite book and movie series; The Hunger Games.

It was time for the movie to start, so it said on the screen: 'Please Put Your 3D Glasses On. The Movie is About To Begin' So, we did and the movie started.

I didn't want the previews to end because Melony was telling me what she'd done in London and L.A. and telling Harry how she's been while he was gone. I loved hearing her voice, her laugh, seeing her smile. I didn't want to stop looking at her smile.

The movie ended and I had to head back, but I drove Harry and Mel back home.

I hated to see her with another guy. Her dream guy.
