Jared's POV
When we got to L.A I was nervous. I wanted to take Melissa to my 'spot' where you could see the sun setting with it's beautiful pinks and oranges. I wanted to ask her out.
But it wouldn't get serious since we're only 13 after all.
I told Robbie and he said he will ask June out if I ask Melissa.
Extra motivation to do it.
So when we get to L.A we got a hotel with 2different rooms. There was 2 beds and judging by Robbie's smug expression he definitely planned it.
They had an xbox for me and Robbie (guys need their game time) and a whole bunch of movies and netflix.
We get there and unpack. We all discuss sight seeing.
But I notice June looks a little out of it, I nudge Robbie and he asks her to go for a walk leaving me to ask Melissa to head to my spot.
Robbie's POV
"June what's wrong? You can tell me" I say quietly as we walk our fingers intertwined together.
"I feel bad, I left out parents, whether they love me or whatever." She says sadly
"If they never called you even texted you they don't care so you shouldn't either. They can't hurt you June" I say brushing her thumb.
Just at that perfect moment her phone vibrates. "Don't bother coming back" she says reading the message.
She hugs me, "your right, they don't care so I won't let them ruin the fun" she smiles.
"Oh the fun is only just starting" I tried to think of a place where I could ask her out. I had the perfect idea.
"So, Melissa and Jared huh?" She says smirking
"Young love eh"
"They're so young though"
"That's the fun of it"
June rolls her eyes. We decide to head back. Before they put our toothbrushes in the toilet.
I was in L.A with the girl of my dreams.
Maybe I can get a happy ending.
Melissa's POV
When my sister and Robbie left, Jared kept looking at me nervously.
"So tomorrow you wanna go riding? I wanna show you something" he says staring at the floor.
He was cute when he was nervous.
"Of course Jared" I smile.
"Is Robbie gonna sleep with my sister?"
"Probably" he says smirking
Now that's nasty.
But my sister deserved it.
"If he pulls something it's war" I say pretending to be the one in charge.
"Now were talking" he smiles.
When they come back June looks much happier. I point to the beds and she raises her eyebrow.
"ROBBIE!" She screams
Me and Jared both laugh as they chase each other around the room.
They eventually get tired and she gives in.
We all get up and jump on the bed.
It was so much fun.
Day 1 and I already don't want it to end.
