Chapter 38

Junes POV

We all freeze. This knock was unlike all others. It was short but "meaningful" I suppose.

We run to the peep hole. It was a stranger. So we didn't open it. By observing the stranger, it was a girl. With long black hair that swept as her shoulders and blue eyes. She was pretty.

When she stood there for 5 minutes we decided to open it.

"Hello! I'm Mary!" She says. She just looked at Robbie. This happens a lot. It's very irritating at this point. Like hi. My names June, I exist to.

"You must be Robbie, your producers hired me to be your girlfriend on the interview night." She says casually.

This caught my attention.

He looks back at me, with a unreadable expression. "I understand" I say and I walk out.

I needed to get some fresh air. Let them get together do whatever. I didn't care anymore. He was an actor I can't expect that he can forever be mine.

"Why so sad?" A boy with blonde hair comes up to me. He seemed familiar. But I couldn't quite tell who he might've been.

"Life is complicated. So is growing up. It creates feelings that are strangely frightening. It makes you loose things you can't get back. It makes you sad, it makes you happy. It's COMPLICATED!" I say to the little boy.

"Oh I want to grow up you see. My parents treat me like I can't even tie my own shoes!" He says in protest.

I chuckle. I missed the days where my parents might've cared, where I could just play for hours on end. I used to imagine fairies mermaids adventures pirates!

"What's your name?" I ask

"Felix" he says smiling

"Lovely! I'm June"

"I have to go. I hope I see you soon! Good luck with your complications!" He says happily skipping along.

I sigh. I should go back, it was getting late.

I turn around with a smile on my face. I can't let anybody ruin my happiness. It was his career it wasn't real anyway, I didn't wanna destroy that for him.

I get back and Jared and Melissa are gone and Robbie is missing to.

The girl was nowhere to be seen.

I find a note on the bed.

"You know where to find me follow the clues starting with where we were founded." I smile as I read it.

Off to Starbucks I go.

Robbie's POV

When she leaves I don't run after her. I tell the girl I'm not interested, I'd rather lose my job then have the producers give me a fake girlfriend who I couldn't love.

She leaves in a huff. I decide to surprise June with a little hunt.

Melissa and Jared go horseback riding again.

So I head over to Starbucks. Where we first met. That beautiful day.

When I saw her and I knew. This girl I would like to get to know, better.

I smile and the thought of her. I put a note on a cup that will have her favourite drink, her strawberry crème.

Then I go to the place I wanted her to see. I hoped she would come. All I could do is sit and wait and hope.

Junes POV

At Starbucks I ask for a strawberry crème, I couldn't find the note anywhere. I tell them my name is June. And they give me a cup, with a note on it. I smile again.

"Follow the path sunset to the west, past the bridges up the hill to a place we know best."

I knew where to go. I set off to the west, to the place this is well known for. The Hollywood sign.

I told him I've always wanted to go there and literally sit in the O.

I Remembered it all to well.

I get there and don't see him anywhere. Did I go to the wrong place? "Robbie?" I say quietly. I feel a tap on my shoulder, I turn around to see his beautiful green eyes.

It was a sight I would never get sick of. "June Iparis, I love you so much-" I cut him off by placing my lips on his.

It's weird. We move in perfect sync. Without communicating. We just know.

Like how puzzle pieces combine each other, they stay there. They fit perfectly with every little edge where no corner is out of place.

We let go and we both smile. He takes me to the O. And we both sit inside it. It's nice when your doing something you've always dreamed of doing. But what makes it real, and better is when your doing it with that somebody special. Who you love ever so much. We talk again. He tells me he wishes he was just a normal kid sometimes. He doesn't like the fake girlfriends I mean who would?

He wishes to travel the world. But he does not want to do it alone. I myself admit I wanted to as well. But it's hard when other commitments come in the way. And what can you do about those? Because you can't just leave everything behind. Like school for example or family.

"It's easier when you never had something to live for, but now I do." I say quietly.

"You know Melissa and Jared are riding horses again probably making out." He says chuckling.

"I figured. They'll be alright. They have somebody with them this time right?" I ask

He nods. Good.

"Robbie. After we finish filming and we go back. I have to go with Ginny to Vancouver. But where will you go?" I ask

He shakes his head "I might go to Houston after a couple of months. But all I know is that wherever you are. I will be there to."

I smile remembering the times I would pretend I was a pirate from pirates of the Carribean. "Oh my cabin boy go fetch the swords."

"Oh are we going on an adventure now?" He asks.

"But of course. Where else shall we go?" I say giggling.

I grab his hand and we run down the hill together. Laughing like two year olds. I decide to check on Melissa and Jared.

We head to their stand grab some horses and let them lead the way.

We find ourselves at a cliff. But nobody was there.

Not Melissa or Jared.

Where were they?
