Chapter 22

Junes POV

We all go to sleep at 2:00. I was nervous about sharing a bed with Robbie. My sister and Jared was one thing. They'd probably kick each other to death anyway.

He took off his shirt. I tore my gaze away from his abs. Climbed into bed and went to the very edge. But then he pushed me off, and we laughed for 10 minutes. Jared threw a pillow at us to shut up.

I finally get up and go a little farther from the edge. I could feel his smug expression now.

I shivered as I felt his breath on my back. I yawned, I was tired so I just closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Jared's POV

When we woke up we were all over the bed half on half off. I glance and Robbie basically hugging June. It was weird. But probably something he'd do.

First we were gonna see the Hollywood stars. Then the tour of their houses. The next day we were going to Disneyland. We had 2 weeks before filming. Honestly I don't know what we would end up filming here. Because it didn't make sense.

I knew they needed 2 new girls on the set. I was going to recommend Melissa and June if they were up to it anyway.

I got up at 8:00 nobody else was up so I went and took a shower.

When I get back it's 9:04 I sigh take a pillow and fling it at Robbie. He darts up instantly.

He runs around the room trying to get me. "Your to old" I tease

"Am I now" he says doing the classic eyebrow.

I laugh and hide under the bed.

He wakes June up. She wouldn't get up though. He grabs a pillow and hits her.

"Okay okay I'm up"

Melissa was on the side watching all of this and laughing. I didn't even realize she was awake.

We all stare at each other awkwardly. Robbie grabs his shirt.

When were all done getting ready it's 11:00. We drive to Hollywood.

June turns the radio on. We all sing terribly. On purpose. It was hilarious.

When we park the red convertible I tell them one day I hope that one of those pink stars might be mine.

We go on the tours taking about 10000 different pictures. Stars were everywhere! There was Kate Moss just jogging. Like a normal person.

The heat was excruciating. In Vancouver the weather was quite brisk.

When we get back to the hotel it's 5:00 perfect. Me and Melissa head to my stable and Robbie takes June to the peaks.

I show her favourite horse Gucci. She picks the black mare Voyager. We ride until we get to my "spot" we talk about little things, being in L.A the life of a star.

When we do I get down and help her down. We both go run to the edge of the cliffs. The sun was just setting. It's time. I thought

"Hey so I know we've been hanging out a lot lately. And I just wanted to ask.. Will you go out with me? Not that serious because we're just 13 but uh." I say quietly.

Her expression brightens up. A smile spreads across her face. "Yes jared of course!" We lean in for a hug.

It was the best day ever. And things were just getting started.

Robbie's POV

I decided to take her to a place where my parents had their first date. At sunset peak. Where it was a cliff perfect for a picnic and a sunset.

Perfect to ask her out.

I smile to myself at the possibility of us.

We hiked for a bit. She held my hand. Good.

When we reached the peak I set up the blanket. I made heart shaped sandwiches. We talk for a bit.

But then I figure it's time to get serious.

"June. I know after everything you found the heart to forgive me. But I can't ignore my feelings for you. So please please please please PLEASE, go out with me?" I say slowly.

She doesn't say anything. Crap.

A huge grin spreads to her face.

"You only had to say please once"

The sun sets. It's truly beautiful but nothing compared to the real beauty next to me.

I give her a quick peck on the mouth. Jared texted me, "mission accomplished" I smile and give a thumbs up to him.

Suddenly a loud crackle scares us. I freeze.

Fireworks of all sizes shapes colours explode in front of us.

"You see that right?" I ask

She nods.

"Good I thought it was just me" I say blushing a bit.

There couldn't have been a more perfect moment honestly.

We go back to the hotel eventually. Jared and Melissa are waiting there. They were holding hands playing video games.

Honestly they were both adorable. We never wanted to sleep. But if we were going to Disneyland tomorrow, we had to.

So at 11:00 we all head to bed. June is less resistant to me being so close to her. She leans her head on my chest. "Night Robbie" she whispers.

"Night love"
