Chapter 6

I ran down stairs to where hid the key, in a cupboard Jayden almost never looks in. I grabbed it and I had to think quick. Where could hide where Jayden would never look? I know! We have a spare room for if we ever have kids, and I know how much he's afraid of going in there because he's somewhat afraid of having a child because he doesn't wanna bring a child into this world and hurt it. It's the last place he'll ever look. So I ran In There and put it in the safe in the closet in the kids' room and locked it. Only I know the combination. That'll be sure to keep him out. After I finished Jayden burst through the door.

"Alex! What are doing In here?" He exclaimed. "Uh n-nothing!" I said. " I know you! You're nervous aren't you? Where'd you hide it?" He said frantically looking around. "You'll never find it!" I said proudly. I opened my eyes and he was in the closet by the safe. " is it in this safe?" He said smoothly. " uh...n-no..." I said as my eyes drifted away from him. " it is isn't it?!" He said with little hope in his eyes. I didn't say any thing. " Alexis! You have to tell me! It's a life or death situation if you don't tell me! You know jeopardizing everybody's life on this planet right now!" He said " I'll open it when you tell me why!" I yelled " Alex! I don't have time to explain open. The. F***ing safe!" He yelled " explain!!" I yelled louder. The house started to shake. Is this an earthquake? "Ok Alex! You win! I'll tell you! Just. Open. The . Safe!" He said looking so pissed that he might explode. " fine! Swear on your life!" I said " ok! I swear! JUST OPEN THE GODDAMN SAFE!" He yelled. " ok you don't have to shout at me!" I said pouting and walking over to the safe. The house shook again causing me to fall. It was a more ferocious shake this time. " ow!" I yelled " I think I twisted my ankle!" I Yelled. " we'll fix it later! What's the combination!?" He yelled over the violent shaking of the house. I blushed.

"06-20-98" I said. He blushed too while opening the safe because it's his birthdate. He quickly opened the safe and picked me up bridal style and ran into our secret weapon room. Ngl, we do have enough money to afford a house with a secret weapon room. He put me down on the couch and He grabbed his sword and mine and threw mine at me and I caught it with one hand. It extended. He grabbed the bandages and ran over to me. The house shook again causing him to fall but he slid on the floor towards me. He put his sword down and looked at me. I nodded. He placed his hand on my ankle and I winced but he kept going. He was healing it with his powers. He wrapped the bandage around it for extra support. He can't use all his power on a minor wound. It started to feel better but not completely.

" ok Alex, we need to defeat my sister. She's going to destroy us if we don't." He said helping me off the couch. " why is your family so problematic?" I said " that's a Question for later. C'mon, we need to open the door to her realm." He said grabbing my wrist and running to his mom's house. " there's a secret door behind my closet to get there. " he said The earth shook again. We stumbled but didn't fall. Rocks were everywhere and we almost tripped on one. Jayden opened the door and ran in. Our moms were on the couch watching some reality show. They saw us with our swords. They looked shocked. "No time to explain!" Jayden yelled pulling me up the stairs to his room. The room was completely different. It looked like a baby room. Jayden looked weirded out but he shook it off and grabbed me ran to his closet.

He moved all the clothes to either side. Behind it was a a door. Jayden placed his hand on it and it turned blue. It opened and behind it was a room of doors. We ran straight forward to the biggest door in the room. He put the key in and opened it. Everything went white. I opened my eyes and I was in a white room. I saw Jayden in the floor. I shook him awake. In the middle the room, was a girl sitting on a purple chair with brown hair wearing a light blue dress. Her eyes are 2 different colours. One is blue and the other purple. He woke up and he immediately grabbed his sword and approached her. We were far away enough that she couldn't see us. So he walked around to go around her to try to decapitate her from behind. I got a little closer so I could see but I don't think she could see me.

"hello brother." She said. He was mid-swing but he froze. She stood up and and faced him. " what wrong too scared?" She said with a taunting giggle. " it's not fair you're using your power on me!" He he strained. " is that a problem?" She said as an evil smile spread across her face. "Yes!" I yelled running towards her with my sword to try to impale her. But something stopped me. I struggled to get out but I couldn't. Jayden mumbled something under his breath. She evil laughed. " you think your puny little girlfriend can beat me?" She said " just because she can beat dad doesn't mean anything. I'm 10x times more limber, I'm 10x times faster and I'm 10x times more powerful. So bring it. " she said
