Chapter 24: Unforgettable night

Maevic’s POV

I was surprised to see the guy who was now in front of me. “Lu—Luhan” my tongue is backing off, my hands were shaking, and I started sweating. Great!

Without saying anything, he pulled my hand and went to the pavilion. I feel a little afraid since it was so dark and Luhan was about to leave. I tried to search for him by spreading my hands trying to see if I can touch him.

I tripped over something which I think is a chair and before my face kiss the hard cold ground of the pavilion, someone catches me. At the same time, lights opened. The dark pavilion turned into the most beautiful place that I’ve ever been.

I wandered my eyes around and ended in Luhan’s sparkling eyes. He was giving me an eye-smile which made me even red. My heart is beating so loud that almost wanted to explode. He was wearing a black suit, his hair was so neat just like how I see them wearing tuxedos.

What question that builds up on my mind is that, what is happening here?

 

Luhan’s POV

I could definitely see how surprised she was and though she thought I was Gerald which turns out to be not. I was hoping to make this night to be perfect. Just this night before she leaves.

“What is happening?” she said stuttering.

I smiled at her without answering, I did it purposely because I was waiting for a phone call.

~Ring

~Ring

I took a quick glance at her and smiled again upon seeing who is on the line. Gerald.

“Will you excuse me for a while?” i asked and she nodded still in a place of bewilderment.

I walk a little farther from her and answered. This is where our conversation starts.

“Yeoboseyo?”

“Ah, Luhan”
