For the first time in forever Albus Dumbledore permitted the students of Hogwarts dress up for Halloween. Of course most students came dressed up as werewolves, dragons or goblins. Not Lily and James. Definitely not.

"Hey, Lily? Are you sure this is a good idea, I mean not that many people will get it and what if we insult poeple?" James, for once, is rambling. On and on. He has been complaining, coming up with excuses and trying to get kisses out of Lily. He has only succeeded in two of these tasks.

"Trust me James, the muggle borns and half bloods will love it. And Sirius, he has watched a thousand times and he thinks that it's a great idea. And you look surprisingly sexy in that dress," with a sly wink Lily saunters off into her dormitory leaving James standing, flustered in the common room.

"She does look pretty hot in green," James mumbles to himself.

When James and Lily enter the Great hall for the feast there are a wide range of reactions. Professor Dumbledore starts to giggle into his napkin, Remus Lupin continues reading his book and Sirius Black stands up and starts to sing Defying Gravity.

"Who the hell are they?" A first year dragon shouts from the Hufflepuff table.

"Goblin and elf?" A fifth Year mug of Butterbeer from the Ravenclaw table shouts, trying to help.

"Are you mad? They are absolutely trying to be vegetables!" A third year turkey screams from the Slytherin table.

Always the helpful one, Sirius jumps on top of the Gryffindor table and scream, "they are totally Wicked!"

A muggle born jumps onto the Hufflepuff table, "Maybe if you only had a brain you would get it!"

A half blood from the teachers table stands slowly, "Glinda, Elphaba, please sit down. We need to commence the feast!"
