Pradeep, the cunning business man, would have never thought even in his dreams the heinous crime he did to a simple girl will impact his peaceful life now. The game has just started and he will never realise the blow until it strikes him.

A2 Penthouse, Sunday night

“We will check and let you know Mathur”  Adi hung up and turned towards me, I was staring at my laptop, the girl earlier I collided with was Chandini Sawant, the girl who is going to be our master card in bringing Pradeep down emotionally. When I and Adi decided to avenge Di, it was not materialistic down fall we planned for him, he should be emotionally broken and that is why our target was his fiancé.
“That curvy girl, is his fiancée?” Adi queried giving me a strange look
“Nope the plain girl. So how are we going to play the game now? You inside the court or me??” i just queried myself, just a random girl I met for 20 seconds in Airport going to stop myself from avenging Anu. Well it’s a big NO.
Adi was assessing me for any reaction, “You” he said thinking for a minute after seeing my void face. I just nodded and went back to my room.
Next Morning,
Sighing and determining that he will not get any more sleep Arjun got up. Corner of his heart was screaming at him for the plan they have devised. It never affected him when he has decided that this is what they were going to do to an unknown girl who was Pradeep’s fiancé. But having a face to the unknown girl has troubled him much. That panicked innocent eyes kept haunting him. From yesterday night even Adi looked disturbed. They both were not monsters to make a girl through calumniation, yet any girl who got herself associated with that @$$hole deserves this. Over the breakfast, silence was the large occupant of the room. By the end Adi cleared his throat
“Let’s do it Arjun, we will get to know her in few days, she cannot be a good soul getting herself associated with him. Didn’t we listen from his public speech before three years that his fiancé is head over heels in love with him? And remember how much he loves her, he was ready to leave Di and rush to her since because she was hospitalized”
“Right! That is what am saying myself. So now I’ll make a call to Mathur finalizing his payment”, saying this he started dialling Mathur.
“Thanks Mathur, good job done” Arjun spoke keeping his tone business like
“Mr.Desai, I can get deep into her roots and report you further “
“No need of that Mathur, we are happy with the details we have received.”
“But it is just an inkling there is something more to her Mr.Desai . Why don’t you give me another 20 days.”
“Your fee will be transacted by noon. Thanks for the work done” with no other conversation Pradeep cut the call.

Dhore Guest house
 
“Yeah, again yesterday night she had a panic attack.” Kavya was reporting the last night happenings on call to Vrindha Dhore
“Where were you by that time Kavya? Why did you allow him to be alone with her?” Buaji losing her usual calm self, questioned Kavya
“After placing our baggage’s in room only I found she is not with me. On searching her I found seething Pradeep and fainted Chandini in a room. He is not happy seeing her fainted, left as soon as I came into room”
“Sick of him , I will take care of what should be done for that. Any progress in your work?”
“I made my plan, but if I am to get into researching for our work she will be left alone, on her own” Kavya’s voice echoed her helplessness
“I know you worry for her and love her like your sister, but she should be brave enough to face this world, take her own decisions. She has the stamina to survive alone, for the upcoming days let her live her life without any one of us cocooning her.”
“Hmm. I must rush to wake her up now, but one last thing. Have you really planned to get her married to the ba$tard?”
“What do you think?”
“Before 3 years when you suddenly decided this shi**y marriage and made her go through so much, especially when I was not by her side, I highly doubt now what you have in mind” Kavya sarcastically answered.
“Careful Kavya, know that I too care about her. As far as your question is concerned, never in my dreams I’ll do this to Chandini. Take care of her. I got to go”
Kavya hanging up the call, rushed inside Chandini’s room to wake her up
“Wow you are up soon. Morning Chandu. Your coffee”
“Morning, I wasn’t getting proper sleep, so decided to get up early.” Kavya was analysing Chandini for any side effects of her panic attack last night, but Chandini seemed to be calm and composed
“Seems like one more master piece under making” Kavya chirped seeing Chandini engrossed with a paint brush in front of a canvas
“Hmm, this is what kept me awake this morning. Now common lets drive around somewhere after getting ready ,I will complete this by tonight, I don’t want to sit inside house now “ Chandini rushed Kavya out of her room not to reveal much on her painting that she was working on.
It was always to the point answers from Chandini, she never reveals much, she never initiates any talks. It took 3 years for Kavya to get through her, but when anyone knows her inside out, they will know what a gem Chandini can be.

By the time Chandini and Kavya reached the house from their day out, Pradeep was waiting for them in the lobby. Chandini ignored him and walked inside. Kavya followed her suite.
“Where were you baby girl? I was trying to reach you from morning” Pradeep was following them inside, his voice thundering the whole house, his anger shaking his whole body.
Ignoring him and his screams she rushed to her room, before she cross the threshold he yanked her arms and pushed her to the wall. Next second he was tackled down to grounds by Kavya. It took him a minute to realize what has happened to him in his own house.
Chandini was amused at how Kavya tackled him down, not that she didn’t like, if it was for her she would daily watch him being hurt. But tackling almost 6 ft man requires a lot of stamina, now she got why Buaji chose Kavya for her.
“What the hell Kavya? What has gotten into you? How dare you to attack your own boss? I am her fiancé and I have every right to talk with her.” If he was seething in anger before, now he was mad with rage.
“Chandini get inside and rest. Mr.Dhore will talk with you tomorrow on whatever issue he is here for.” Chandini who was tired from yesterday had no energy to react. Assuring that she stepped into her room and locked it Kavya spoke pointing a straight gaze at Pradeep.
“Mr.Dhore, first nothing has got into me. I was doing my duty which was to protect Chandini from everyone and herself. Second, you are not my boss but my Employer’s nephew, even if it is you who is harming her in any way i was advised to do what I did minutes before. And lastly you are just her fiancé not her husband yet. Until you take that position anything which causes discomforts to Chandini will be faced by me before it touches her. Now you can come back tomorrow to meet her. I’ll let her know you have sent her your love.” Kavya cockily replied and looked at him for answers
He looked at Kavya who was looking at him to make a move out of his own house. He decided to talk with Chandini later tomorrow through call and said his reason of visit to her.
“Actually I came to say bye to Baby girl, am leaving for Sydney by today night flight, some emergency crept up and my presence is required there immediately, just now Buaji called me .And what happened here stays here, don’t let buaji know” saying this he took a look towards Chandini’s room and vacated the place.
That darn lady and this chit of a girl is tickling his nerves. Just yesterday his baby girl has come back to him. He hasn’t felt her presence fully, he wanted to do more things to her but the old idiotic lady needs him in Sydney by tomorrow for some business issues. He almost wished to say no but he knows one thing, and that is not to mess with her. The one whose support he needs most now is ,that idiotic Buaji of his so he preferred to be quiet with both Kavya and her, for the period until Chandini is tied in wedlock with him. At times he thought of replacing Kavya with a man body guard but that means he will be always around Chandini, which Pradeep can’t imagine to digest. No men should be around his Chandini, even their shadow should not touch her was his thoughts. Though Kavya can be cocky, when it comes to her duty she is through professional.
Kavya was grinning like a mad haring his reply and texted Buaji,
   -Thanks lady,@ssh0le is off from here and yeah I gotta tackle him down, which I wanted to do for years. Details later ;)

“Chandu, he is leaving for Sydney by tonight. Yahhhooooo” Kavya hugged Chandini yelling the news.

Chandini face broke into the widest of smile. She is happy her prayers are answered.
“Really Kavya? That’s a relief. So till he returns we can explore Mumbai with not so irritating talks and meets.” Chandini gushed at the thought of freedom she is going to enjoy in upcoming days.

“Chandu, actually I want to meet my family back home, is that okay? I’ll be back in 15 days. Now that he is not here can I go? Can you manage?” Kavya popped out the first lie that she could think of
At the mention of Kavya being away from her Chandini’s face fell down but she knows the importance of a happy family and she also knows Kavya didn’t visit her family for past 3 years, so she accepted what Kavya asked for.
“Go Kavya, I can manage, here is where am born and bought up so not to worry on my safety. Enjoy with your family” she said assuring her and giving her a big teddy hug.

A2 Penthouse

“So what’s up Buddy? Did you get her schedule or did you meet her today?” Adi asked Arjun once he entered their penthouse.
“Nah man I didn’t approach her today just observed her. She is accompanied by someone, if I am right she must be Ms. Joshi that Mathur mentioned in his report. It will be good if I meet Chandini alone and make an impression, getting into her good books with Joshi around will be difficult.” Arjun said with a sigh
“We don’t have enough time with us Arjun, she is getting married to Pradeep within 30 days. Make sure you meet her by tomorrow”
“So tomorrow it is then.”

Sorry peepz, updates got delayed with recent happenings around. So how was the update? Good/bad? What about Adi and Kavya? And the mysterious Buaji?

Also one of the reader suggested me that I can point out whose POV the story is said from? So you people also think the same? Can I add that from next update?

I know no meet of Arjun- Chandini but treat this as a filler update ;) From next update it will be full of Arjun-Chandini.
