Pacifica looked up at the bright shiny stars up in the sky.
Everything was okay but stargazing always had that something of melancholy that get her every time.
Gideon wouldn't join her on the roof, it was already too tired for that, after adventuring all day in the woods, he needed to rest. But Pacifica, otherwise, put all her strength together only at night, when she was supposed to sleep.
With time, she learnt how to transform her insomnia into something nicer.

Dipper took off his tired eyes off the journal and gazed at the starts.
They were calming, in a way.
At least at night, he had a little time for himself. He was bored of those stupid shows and bored of the same routine.
He was a loner, but he hated the loneliness that got into him at night.
Still, he grew accustomed to it.
He closed his eyes and let his toughs free. Mabel slept and he could hear her breaths over the sound of the wind.
At least she was ok.
He loved his sister even if she made his life impossible.
He promised to take care of her.
He sighed and closed the journal.
He wondered if anyone was staying up that night.
Probably not.
