A FEW DAYS AFTER SHE and chris had talked she seemed to be quiet and kept to herself. But it was only after a week that she finally realized that this is what she wanted.
She wanted chris out of her life, because all he did was cause her pain.
She decided to suck it up and to keep going on with her life. She didn't need chris. Her mom had showed her that when Erin's father had left them.
Erin's mother had also had to suck it up because she wasn't going to show her 7 year old daughter that she needed a man to help support the family.
That next Monday she went to school looking like a boss @$$ b*tch and no one, not even her father could ruin her mood.

++++ "Sorry about Jonas. I don't think he's had sex in a while and is desperate." Isak apologized.
Erin laughed. "That's totally fine." Isak smiled. "So are you coming to William's party on Friday?" He asked.
"Umm..sure! Why not!" Erin shrugged and threw her hands up. Isak laughed. "Great! I'll see you there." He nodded and walked back over to Jonas and Magnus.
Erin spotted Eva walking to her math class. "Hey!" She called. Eva turned her head. "Hei!" Eva smiled back.
She pulled Erin into a great hug. "How have you been? This is the first time I've seen you so....happy!" Eva patted her shoulder.
"I'm doing great. I realized that I didn't want Chris in my life and that this would actually be really great for me." Erin spoke honestly,
"Well that's great new! Why don't we go find the other girls and discuss bus stuff?" Eva lead to the library where she knew Noora would be.

Walking to their usual spot, the girls were chatting amongst themselves. Erin was having a great time and all was well. That was until Chris Schistad had walked into Erin's small petite body.
She caught herself just as she was about to fall but tripped backwards because her foot was caught in a crack. She landed on top of his body with an 'oomph!'
"At least but me dinner first." Chuckled Chris. Erin cracked a smile then got off of him. "In your dreams, Schistad." She said again just as she did at that first party she'd been to since grade 9.
Chris got up, smiled at Erin, and walked off. And like that, she began to fall in love with him again just as she did before.
When Erin looked at the girls they were all smirking. "What?" She asked. Sana simply raised her brows as if she were saying 'you know exactly why we are smirking'.
"That was nothing!" Insisted Erin. "Sure baby." Noora laughed. Erin turned bright red and continued walking with the girls.
Erin was still on the subject though. "Listen that was the first real interaction between Chris and I since you know..the last time we talked."
"Okay we get it, you and Chris are just 'cool' with each other after that huge fight." Sana shrugged, saß drilling from her lips as she spoke every single word.
"Do you still like Chris?" Noora asked softly. "I never did." Erin frowned. "Not the way I see it. I think he did something far more worse than what you lead on."
Erin stayed silent. Noora was right. Chris had done something else than just leaving his drugs in Erin's room and doing other terrible things that night. But Erin was ready to share that, not yet.
