Jacks pov
The next day I woke up and immediately texted Harley to see if she wanted to hang out, I haven't been able to get her put of my head these past few days, whatever, she's nothing more than a friend. "Hey Harls, wanna hang today?"
"Can I bring johnny, I kinda told him I'd hang with him"
"Ehhh alright, but that means I get one free best friend 'date' like we always do"
"Lol Ok jack, meet me by the big oak tree by the football field, love ya!💗"
"Will do sweets, love ya too" I was smiling, why was I smiling, I shook my thoughts away and started to get ready. I wore a black p!atd tee shirt, skinny jeans, and high cut convers, after that I brushed my hair and teeth and then but a black beanie on, my shirt showed some of my "all in" tattoo on my neck, I thought I looked good so I started to walk over there. I had no idea where the oak tree was, so I just started walking towards the football field. I got closer and then I found the tree, and suddenly my blood started to boil, johnny had his arm around Harley, I stomped over "well, well, looks like I walked in on your guys' date" I smirked and crossed my arms, I saw Harley roll her eyes and shoot me a look
"Jack, it's not even like that, first off, second off, why would you care" I guess she was already annoyed by something when I came over, that's when I noticed the puffyness in johnnies face
"What's wrong john?" I sat down with them
"Oh, um, well, my girlfriend, she lives in metropolis, she just broke up with me" didn't even know he had a girl
"Ahhh, so you got rid of the ol' ball and chain huh? I say good riddance, now you can go find even prettier girl, have a few one nighters, go out to parties, now, you can live" I said as I put my hands behind I head and leaned against the tree, Harley gave me another look, but Johnny perked up
"Yeah....yeah, you're right" he got up and Harley groaned
"I heard there's supposed to be a party in the school basement tonight, we should go" I chimed in, I only wanted to go because Harley gets drunk at parties and then likes to kiss on me, it makes me feel nice, like she needs me, I never letnit go any farther than kissing though. I noticed Harley perk up when I said party
"I wanna go!" She said and then her and johnny talked while I stared at her, suddenly I realized what was going on, I liked Harley. I smiled at that though "maybe she liked me back" I though to myself and chuckled
****hey guys, sorry this is really short and just kind of a filler, my fucking depression is getting horrible and I don't have much motivation to write, BUT I PROMISE I'LL KEEP IT GOING, I love this book so I won't give it up*******
