Harleys pov
Jack and I spent yesterday talking about random crap and watching movies in our sweats. Its Monday now and I'm getting breakfast with kitty and ivy. "Ugh, cmon red! I don't wanna do it!" I protested
"Harls, y'know it'll go towards PE credit, and it'll look good on collage application!" Pam really wanted me to try out to be a cheerleader
"Forget it! I'm not gonna go prancing around in a mini skirt waving around pom poms , its not happening"
"Awe, why not pooh" oh great jack joined in, he sat down and kisses my cheek
"You really wanna see me doing flips and handstands in a skirt, in front of the whole school, and other schools?" I asked hoping to get him on my side
"Anyone who looks at ya the wrong way will have me to deal with" he said somewhat rough
"Ugh! FINE I'll do it" I gave in, knowing I'm gonna make the team, with my gymnastics background, and being small enough to throw, there's no way they wouldn't take me
"Yay!" Kitty and red both said at the same time. Things seemed to have gone dead silent in the rest of the cafeteria, we all Turned to see what was happening, and it was Johnny, standing there with everyone staring at him.
"CRANE!!!" I jumped up and before anyone could stop me I ran up and hugged him, he pushed me off and I hit the floor, "wh-whats a matter Johnny? You've always been more than happy to see me" the next thing was not Johnny, it came out of his mouth, but it wasn't him
"You! You left me alone! You went with that FREAK and I was left by myself, leading to my dad snatching me up and doing this to me! ITS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!" I was in tears and I saw a fire in jacks eyes, he was only holding back because Johnny had just gotten out of the hospital. I started trying to get up but I was so scared my legs weren't working, johnny picked me up by one of my pigtails and that's when jack had seen enough, he flicked a card he had made himself that had a sharp edge our direction, but not at him because he didn't wanna hurt me.
"Yeah, Ima need you to get your hands off my girl!" Jack said, you could hear just how livid he was,
"Yeah? Or what" crane challenged, dragging me by my hair to get into Jacks face, causing me to yelp. They both sat there breathing heavy in each others face for a minute, and just as jack was about to swing, the bell rang and johnny thew me at Jack then ran off.
"Pumpkin, are you alright?" Johnny was so concerned for me
"Yeah, i-im fine" I said taking down my hair, it hurt too much to keep them in. I walked over to Pam who pulled a brush out of her bag and handed it to jack. We all walked to our classes and jack gently brushed out my hair till the teacher got there. This was gonna be a long day
