I texted him the exact location and time. Pagdating ko r0on ay wala pa sya. Sinadya ko talagang pumunta ng maaga para makapagisip pa ako ng mga karagdagang tan0ng sa kanya.

Every minute passed i felt my cheeks flushed with excitement, and a slight sheen of perspiration that made my face glow.

Hindi ako mapakali at patuloy sa pagindayog ang mga paa ko. Suddenly a silhouette of a man coming in my way block my gaze.

"Goodevening, Levine." as s0on as my eyes meet him i c0uld feel the butterflies begin dancin in my stomach again!

Oh, how could this guy melt my insides. I stand up and bowed to him a bit.

"G-go0d evening Laurent." we ordered both a drink.

Sinimulan ko namang hagilapin ang aking mga gamit.

"I uh, erm. Shall we start? Uh-huh, para matapos tayo ng maaga?" he tilted his head and nod.

 I can feel the intensity of his gaze through me but i chose to ignore it and try to focus on my paper. Sinimulan ko na ang pagtatanong.

From easy questi0ns to difficult ones--from planning to financing, rather. Ugh..

I absentmindely roll my eyes in embarrassment. What the hell, I don't know what's the proper questions about these field. I don't even have the slightest idea! Gosh, humor me!

Dumating na ang order namin. Patuloy parin ako sa pagbato ng mga katanungan sa kanya. Good thing he answered it all sm0othly without breaking our eye contact.

"Start-ups are considered high risk invenstments, but there are s0me investors such as venture capital firms who are willing to the the risk, granted that they c0nsidered y0ur line of business or product to yield high returns in the future." he said as a matter of fact.

Tumango ako at nagslide sa aking macbook for my next questi0n. Wow. Wala akong masabi kundi ang tumango lamang.

What should i react to it, i mean i have n0 any idea about running a business. Although my parents are into it but i'm n0t.

Well, atleast may natutunan ako ngayong gabi. I saw him sip from hes coffee. Nagangat ako ng tingin sa kanya. Hindi na ako nagulat nang sa akin nakadirekta kanyang mga mata. But still i'm a bit awkward about it.

I beam at him.

"Lets take a break first." aniya. All i can do is to mouthed 'right'. Tumikhm ako at umupo ng tuwid.

"Did i ever disturbed you on your work?" i hesitately said.

Ngayon ko lang napagmasdan ng maayos ang kanyang mukha at ayos. Hes wearing a longsleeved mar0on polo tucked with a black pants. Hes cleaned cut hair is properly trimmed and i can i say hes newly after shaved.

I remember he wasn't so stiff like this. I mean he was just a cool happy-go-lucky-guy i've met in high school. Ni sa hinagap ay hindi ko naimagine na magiging ganito sya. Life changes people, alright.

I can't read what possible thoughts he has on his mind about me right now. But i'm sure he's dissapointed with me. I can't blame him. We separate for good but i guess he's the only one changed. He's the only one who grew up.

Bitterness filled my insides. I can't deny to myself that im still into this man.

"No, not at all." aniya sabay iling.

"How are you, Lei? Are you doing great?" Hindi ko napaghandaan ang tan0ng nyang iy0n.

I gulped. "Guess so.." i lamented.

It was imp0ssible for me to hide just how nervous i really was. Napayuko ako at marahang umiling. Realizing how i'm totally messed up ever since weve meet until now were separated. Damn it! Hindi na ko natuto!

"I see you're doing great." he looked at my things in my table. Kinuha nya ang aking macbook at nagswipe doon.

"Doing things like this? For what? For your grade? Are you aiming for success now?" nanginig ang labi ko kasabay ng panlalabo ng aking paningin.

Ibinalik nya iyon sa lamesa. Yumuko sya bahagya, nakapatong ang kaliwang siko nya sa binti habang ang isa ay marahang humahaplos sa aking pisngi.

"This is not you, Lei." mariing aniya.

Nagalab ang kalooban ko. How could he say that to me n0w?!

"The last time you said that you left me!" i said through clenched teeth.

He's jaw clenched to0 and hes face hardened. Ngunit nanatiling humahaplos ang kamay nya sa aking pisngi. Tinabig ko iyon at pinunasan ang mata k0ng walang tigil sa pagluha ngay0n. Suminghap sya bago umayos ng upo.

"d0nt bring this up, Laurent! Didn't i tell you that this will be pure-"

"Alright! I get it, okay. But that was about ten minutes ago. Lets leave it right there." suminghap sya at napahilamos sa mukha.

Oh, no. You dont--

"Baby, when are you c0ming back to me?" my eyes widened in disbelief.

What the hell! I am so shock, i cant even move a bit.

"I did n0t break up with you. i just gave you time to fix yourself, cause i knew better that, thats what you really need back then." what? dont tell me..

"You're shitting me!" i screamed at the top of my lungs. How dare he! He leave me without saying anything! He left me hanging with so many questi0ns.

How dare he..! I collected all my things. Wala na ak0ng pakialam kung maayos ba ang pagkakalagay ng mga iyon sa bag.

I can't believe he left me for that damned reas0n! I was so devastated when he left me and now he wants me back like n0thng happened?

Seriously? Mabilis ang lakad ko habang binabagtas ang kahabaan ng seawall, malapit sa resto na kinainan namin. I saw a couple having a small fight in a bench. I eyed them while still walking, but i stop midstep when realization hit me..

Oh no. Oh god! I remember he left me for an0ther woman! He never left me because he wanted me to be a better person but because he cheated!

What an-! What an asshole!

"Aaahh!" sumigaw ako habang nakaharap sa dagat. Wala akong pakialam kung an0 man ang isipin nila sa akin.

I'm so tired of this! Still loving him secrectly is a pois0n to me. He's the one whos toxic here and n0t me!

"Kuha m0?! Ikaw ang masama hindi ako! Bull-Shiit!"

I scream at the top of my lungs and walk away like nothing happened..
