Rai startled awake as she heard the sounds of an intense argument.
"ART IS A BANG, UN!"
"NO, ART IS ETERNAL!"
"LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL BECAUSE IT IS SO FLEETING, YEAH!"
"ART SHOULD LAST UNTIL THE END OF TIME!"
She squinted her eyes open to find herself hanging off the edge of the bed. "Why am I so far off the bed?" she yawned. At that moment, the memories of last night hit her like a brick to the head. She jerked upwards, trying to get up, but only succeeded in falling off of the bed. Her head hit the metal bedframe heavily as gravity pulled her down.
She landed on her head with a loud kunk-thump-plump. "Aaagh," she groaned. She was facedown on the hard wooden floor. Slowly picking herself up, she rolled over into a partial sitting position, propped up on her elbows. The door slammed open as Deidara rushed in hurriedly. She groggily tilted her head up to get a better look at him. Her head felt like it was splitting in pain, but her mind was very light.

The blonde was wearing a navy blue t-shirt that hung loosely off his frame, along with some long black jeans with a chain hanging from the waistband. Some of his hair was in a ponytail, his long bangs covering half of his worried expression. Things started turning fuzzy. White lights swarmed around everywhere.
Something warm and thick trickled down over Rai's eyes, almost reaching her chin. "Oh, what's this?" she said lightly as Deidara stared with shock and worry at her. She wiped some of the liquid off her cheek with a finger, and inspected it. The liquid was a deep red, thick and somewhat gooey.

"Rai, you're bleeding!" Deidara alerted her frantically.

She glanced up at him and smiled. "Oh, this is blood?" she asked casually. At that moment, a redhead with pancake brown (A. N. Oh yes pancake brown, I went there *snaps fingers and sashays away*) eyes and a bored expression walked in. His eyes widened slightly at the sight of her.

I walked into some room to find a girl laying on the floor, her head literally gushing with blood. She had a cami and some sweats on, but her sweats rode down a little to reveal hot pink underwear. She was partially laying in a heap of blankets on the floor as Deidara crouched near her, a worried expression on his face.

Baka.

I couldn't help but stare at her. It was a strange way to meet the owner of a house, with their head cut open, but I was new to the world. I couldn't really expect anything normal to happen, could I?

The girl stood up suddenly, wobbling on her own two feet. Even though blood still dripped down her face, blinding one eye, she acted like it was nothing. Deidara stood and tried to help her , but she pushed him away.

Smart move.

She shuffled over to me as I stared at her in confusion. What was she doing?!

I leaned away slightly as she lifted a hand towards me, her face unreadable. Drops of blood rolled off of her chin and onto the floor as she came closer and closer. I tried to keep my face calm and emotionless, but I couldn't help the fact that I was completely confused and cautious.

In a flash, she ripped my plain white t-shirt off of my body! For an injured person, nonetheless a girl, to be able to rip sturdy cloth off of my body had to mean she was strong. I froze, shocked. I glanced over her head to see Deidara had done the same. Was it normal for her to do this? Was it normal in this world for this to happen? Were you supposed to rip peoples clothing off in greeting?

No, I didn't think so. Either it was normal here or she was completely perverted, like Hidan. But why... ?

I saw a look of relief dawn on her face as she lightly rested her palm over where my heart used to be... or was now. "Oh cool, Sasori no Danna, you're human..." she mumbled. I could feel my jaw drop. How did she know me? How did she know about my puppet body? She ran her fingers down my chest and over where my rope-cavity used to be. Now, it was just flesh and muscle... abs. I shuddered slightly, but not enough to let them know I did. Then, she poked me in the face.
