Around 3 days later, the wedding finally took place. The guys were all better, everything was ready and I was ready to lead a new life and put the past (the past being Andy) behind me. I sat in my room at the dressing table placing diamond pins into my softly curled, loosely done up hair. I then grabbed the pin that had my veil attached to it and placed it just above the bun I'd managed to do pretty decently considering my rubbish hairdressing skills. Just as I was about to call Andy to ask where he was, he called me.

"Hey, I was just about to call you. Where are you?"

"I'm in my room. Look I know you're gonna hate me for this but I just can't do it. I can't watch you get married to my best friend considering what's happened, its too hard for me. I told CC to walk you down the aisle instead, I'm sorry. I can't do it." He put the phone down and I felt a warm salty tear well up in my eye and fall down my perfectly make-upped face, now leaving a watery line through my foundation.

As soon as I was ready, CC came in and I put on a brave face. "Hey kiddo, ready?" He said cheerfully and anticipated.

"Let's do this." I nodded

I saw through the curtains just how many people were there, watching me, waiting. I could also see the anticipation on Ashley's face, then the lust as he saw me peeking through the curtain. He smiled like he knew it wouldn't last, but he wanted it to so badly he wouldn't quit smiling until he knew for sure I was no longer his. Just as everyone settled into their seats, Jinxx began a slow, melodic guitar riff which was mine and CC's queue to go. "This is it." CC said, and grabbed my hand ready to take me down the aisle.

"Mmmhmm." I mumbled nervously. I felt a surge of panic come over me, I could barely breathe, my eyes were blurry with tears, my head was spinning so fast but I knew I just had to grin and bear it, and walk down that aisle to what could possibly be the biggest mistake of my life.

I managed to reach the altar without tripping or running out in shock, but the pit in my stomach grew even deeper when Ashley whispered into my ear just how beautiful I looked. I found the courage to smile and turn to the vicar.

"We are gathered here today to celebrate the marriage of Ashley and Ruby." The vicar carried on with the usual ceremony, my heart pounding so loud I was sure everyone in the room could've heard it.

"Ashley, do you take Ruby as your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do."

"And Ruby do you take Ashley as your lawfully wedded husband?" I paused for a moment, bouncing my answer back and forth for a split second until...

"STOP!" Andy burst in and charged down the aisle. "Ruby I know you said we should forget each other but I can't forget you, and I know you can't forget me. I'm not here to change your mind, I'm here to tell you that I can't let you go. And if you say yes to Ashley, I'll do my best to forget we ever happened, but if you say no then I will do whatever I can to make you happy, if of course you still want me."

Ashley turned to me. "Ruby? What's it gonna be?"
