Vivian was nervous, she could feel the butterflies swirling about in her stomach as the last bell rang. Everyone rushed out, text books and sheets thrown in the air people just not caring, the last of the OWLS were over and it was their last year at Hogwarts. She couldn't believe it was over, so much of her life had been revolved around this place and soon she'd have to leave. She was excited but it was intimidating to think she was going to have a job soon, have real responsibilities other than doing her homework and helping the twins with their pranks.
The twins were waiting for her in the common room and tackled her down to the ground on sight. "VIVIAN!! IT'S ALL OVER! WE'RE GONNA START A PRANK SHOP AND DEDICATE A SECTION TO SNAPE!" they were shouting alternately but it was so fast Vivian could hardly tell the difference and she just burst out laughing trying to shove them off of her. "I'm being crushedddddd" she groaned rolling her eyes but they ignored her continuing to ramble "and sweets that cause you to fart fireworks-"
"Gross!!" She scrunched up her nose but was still laughing as she squirmed herself away. She collapsed onto the sofa dramatically looking at them "are you quite done? Guys we're free!" She flung her arms up with happiness and they both laughed, shaking their heads and sitting either side of her jabbing her in the side "youre gonna work with us right?", "of course".After a while of joking around with the twins and setting up charms to be triggered at random points in the night in the castle she turned into the dorm rooms yawning. She practically danced over to her bed, pulling out some short pyjama bottom and an over sized shirt as it was quite warm this time of year and fell down onto her bed just staring at the ceiling. She knew her body needed sleep but her mind was racing, thinking of the reactions of anyone who walked into her charms but was dragged from her thoughts when a loud knocking came from the window. Vivian almost jumped put of her skin and was highly confused, walking slowly over to pull back the curtain and peer into the darkness. It seemed like nothing but just as she was about to pull away a round face with red hair smashed against the window with a grin on his face and a broom stick beneath him. She almost screamed, gripping her chest embarrassed at how much that's scared her.
"Let me in" the voice came through muffled and Vivian complied, swinging the window open after making sure no one else was about or awake. He climbed in a little awkwardly and dumped the stick to one side, running a hand through his messed up hair "I'll tell you, dragons are 10x more comfortable to ride". Vivian bit her lip a little, cursing herself for the way she was thinking right now but she honestly couldn't help it, she'd always had a soft spot for Charlie Weasley and his messed up hair made him look great. "Aren't you meant to be in Romania?" she shoved him slightly before pulling him into a massive hug and nuzzled her face into his chest. "I made time for you, you just finished your last day after all" he mumbled and pressed his face into her hair smiling at the smell. To anyone else it may seem obvious they adored each other but the both of them were rather insecure.
"Did you get me a presentttt" She looked up to him wide eyes and he felt as if he could die right then and there happily, those eyes could melt anyone. "Of course I did" he kissed her forehead before pulling away and fishing a small dragon ornament out of his coat "It comes to life from time to time so be careful" he chuckled softly and handed it over to her. Vivian was amazed, fascinated it even and laughed as it crawled about on her hand. "Thank you, it's honestly beautiful" she tore her eyes from him smiling softly and his face seemed so fond "Beautiful gift for a beautiful girl". Vivian blushed heavily, looking away and letting her sandy hair fall down to hide her face "dork" she mumbled. "Don't look away" he whispered and hooked a finger under Vivian's chin, lifting her face close to his their eyes locking and although she thought it impossible she ended up blushing more. 'Now or never' was all that was going through Charlie's head before he leaned in pressing his lips to hers in a soft kiss. Her arms lifted automatically around his neck pulling him closer and she smiled wide while their lips fell into sync. She could feel her stomach flipping and the world fading away around them while spinning at the same time. "Oops" mumbled Charlie, pulling away from her lips and wiped some hair away from her face looking to her with utter adoration. "Don't stop" her hand moved up into his hair, gripping onto it tightly and pulled his lips to hers for one of many, many future kisses.
