You walked down the halls talking to your friend, (F/n). You were fangirling over the newest episode of Sherlock. You were honestly so excited about it that you were not watching where you were going due to the fact that you were walking backwards. You finally turn around and bump into a tall figure, causing you to almost fall backwards but you were quickly caught. "I am so sorry! Are you alright?" Asked the person with a worried tone and also a British accent. You recognized that accent anywhere, one because he's the only guy who has a British accent and two because he was in your History class. This guy was Dirk Gently.

You stand up embarrassed "I-Im fine" you say quietly while looking around and seeing people starting at you. "Oh! Good!" He says and smiles. "I'll see you tomorrow !" He said and ran.

You stood there, not having a chance to respond, your cheeks had gone red and your heart was racing.

You walked out down the hall and out of the school doors. You look at your friend and smirk, instantly you knew what was coming up next "Can't you feel my heartbeat keeping perect time and all because he..." you began singing and then you paused and did a dramatic pose "Touched me" you continued as you two walked home. You sang the rest of the song until you two got to your house

And you ended with "I can hear... the beellss.." the two of you jumped as you heard clapping from behind you and turn around to see Dirk. Your friend books it and leaves you there with Dirk. Your cheeks heat up "You heard that?" Dirk nods "Yes! I did." A blush rose up on his cheeks "Um...w-would it be possible for you to, I don't know, go to the cinema with me this weekend?"

You stared at him for a second in shock. Dirk Gently just asked you out on a date. You smile and nod "Sure!" A smile appeared on that handsome face "Great! I'll see you then" he says and kisses your cheek. And the runs away still with that big goofy grin on his face.

You walked to your house, in a bubbly manner. This was going to be great.
