                                              A/n: This is kind of based off of something that happened with some people at my school in 5th period. 
High School Au
It's your birthday!

  "Happy Birthday (Y/N)!!" Everyone in the class shouted. Today was your birthday, so it was a pretty special day for you. You smiled and thanked the class and kept doing what you were doing.
                            Towards the end of class your friend, Farrah was asking for a picture with you.  Farrah was one of your very good friends, so you agreed to the picture and fixed your hair. She gets someone to take the picture and stands next to you. You both smile and that's when the whole class decides to look in your guy's direction

  You mentally curse as you hear a bunch of "Ooohs'" and "Awws". You quickly look at Farrah and She looks at you, and the two of you look at the small crowd of classmates and begin to reassure everyone that you two were just friends. That's when you remembered about your crush, Amanda. You look over at her and she's staring at you with a sad expression.

 You walk over to her, and sit next to her. Everyone went quiet and kind of did they're own thing.
                           "Hey, you okay?" You ask her. She looks at you with those big brown eyes that always make you weak to your knees. "Is it true?" She says in a quiet but stern tone. "No, no it's not we're only friends" you respond quickly and pulling her into a hug. She hugs you back and says "Good cause....I like you" You let go of her and smile "I like you too"
                           Amanda smiled and kissed your cheek, feeling very happy. You smile as well and look up to see your two friends Natalie and Erin making out in the corner of the room. Surprised that no one has seen them.
                          You shrug and look at Amanda, she was the only thing that mattered to you know. All you needed to do is get approval from her brother, Todd. And also Todd's friend, Dirk. 
                          -Time skip-
                          You walk out of the doors with Amanda, hand in hand. You two walk to the front of the school and wait for her brother. 
                          "Amanda, who is this?" Asks a voice from behind. The two of you turn around and see that it is her brother, Todd.
                          Although he was short, you felt a bit intimidated by him. Your heart pounded in your chest as you said "I-Im (Y/N). (Y/N) (L/N)." Todd looks at you up and down. Amanda is biting her lip from being nervous as he inspects you.
                          Todd looks at Amanda and Amanda looks at Todd. Todd looks at you and you look at the two confused. Todd gives a small smile "You're alright dude, but don't think I won't hunt you down if you hurt her." He says to you in a stern tone. You nod your  head quickly and feel relived.
                           You looked down at Amanda and smiled at her. She looked up at you and smiled. Todd looks at the both of you and rolled his eyes while walking away. He was going to be dealing with this for a long time.
