Unhappy Reunion

 I stayed down there for days and the more I thought about it the more I was angry with Chris. He didn't even consider the fact that it was the hardest thing I ever had to do. He didn't even let me explain. I was so angry with him, that if he did anything else I would drag him to the lake and hold him underwater until his face turns purple.

Yeah. That's how mad I was. Anyway...

I was sitting there when I heard a sound. I had been crying... Again... For the hundredth time.... Yeah, so I heard a sound and I looked up. It was coming from the entrance. I walked towards it.

" Hello? Is anyone there?" I called up,

" Who was that?" a familiar voice said,

" No. no no no no no. Please no." I said to myself, it was Chris,

" What? Who's there?" a new voice said,

" How many of you are there?" I called up,

" Eight." another said, I quickly grabbed the wood carvings of the moon from the wall and my chair. Then they entered the room. Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Hazel, Leo, Jason, Piper and Chris. As they entered the room I turned my back on them and walked back to my chair and sat in it again.

" What is this place?" I heard Leo ask,

" A safe house. No one except us and anyone I find welcome can get in." I said grimly, still not facing them,

" Who are you?" Chris said,

" Not important." I said, bitterly,

" Please." Annabeth said, I growled a bit. Then I decided. I got up and turned around.

Their eyes widened,

" Alyssa?" Chris asked, I nodded. " So this is where you've been hiding."

" Yes. When I first discovered the place I unlocked it for you eight." I said, I explained what the place was and answered questions.

¨ Now you must unlock something for yourself. Sit in your assigned chair please."I said I told them that their chair is the one with the symbol of their parent. They sat in their chair and their rooms appeared. As they explored them I told them that the place should stay secret. They said Ok. When they came out I noticed something in the magic windows. A bunch of girls with bows wearing silver shirts and gray camo pants. The weird thing was I knew who they were. Not each of them specifically, but I knew what they were. And it scared me to think why they were here, and it scared me to know that I was probably obligated to meet them.

"The hunters of Artemis." I said,

" How did you know?" Annabeth asked,

" Uhh, guessed." I said,

" Hmm, well we should meet them. I mean, it's Thalia." she said, Jason was excited,

" Neat. Let's go. I want to see my sister." They nodded,

" I'll come too." they looked at me with surprise, " What? Can't I meet them?" they nodded,

" Yeah, but why do you want to?" Chris asked, I knew I couldn't tell them that I felt obligated so I lied. Again.

" I just feel like it." I said, " By the way, we should take the exit that leads out into the woods so we're not caught coming out of the same cabin."

" You're probably right."

" Alright. Let's go." Chris said, he ran up beside me as I opened the door that lead to the woods and as we walked tried to take my hand in his. I let it go. He seemed sad, disappointed.

" Alyssa, I'm so sorry. I didn't realize how difficult it must have been to keep it a secret for the gods know how long, and I really, really hope you can forgive me." he said,

" The way you looked at me. It made me feel like, like... like you wouldn't understand. It made me feel like everything I've done since we found each other was a lie. I wasn't sure if you would forgive me." I explained,

" But I do. I do forgive you." he said, I looked at him,

" Really?"

" Really." he confirmed, " Can you forgive me?" he asked, I thought for a minute. And I was about to answer when we reached the end of the tunnel. We came out in the middle of the woods.

" This way." I said, walking towards the camp, we came out of the woods while the rest of the camp and the hunters seemed to be planning a search party. Chiron noticed us.
