"Oh! Hi Agatha!" Rex smiled and I can sense the awkwardness.
"Oh! Lia!? Is that you!? You look more stunning." She compliment.
I don't know how to react. She's with Third and I concluded she's the 'girl' and now I know why Penny called her 'slut'. But she's her cousin!
"Thank you, you too." I smiled genuinely.
This what I like in business world. Hiding some emotions but the people in front can't point that out what's really your feelings about them.
"Hi Romeo, and hi there cousin. Good luck." She paused. "It's nice seeing you here Lia. Hope we can do chit chats later." She smiled.
She's really happy... maybe Third treating her right.
Third and my eyes met, I can see how he intently looked at me.
Our gaze was broke by Romeo when he put his arm around my waist.
Third walked like it was nothing.
I sighed.
I'll just need to enjoy the party. Time is so precious to be wasted if I only think of unnecessary things.
The emcee is now announcing the winners and Romeo until now was not here. I walked throughout the crowds to search for him. But I can't see him.
Suddenly my feet brought me to a darker area of this place. I heard a woman and a man talking.
"I still love you Agatha." It's Romeo's voice.
The beat of my heart was getting faster and louder.
"I still love you too Romeo and now you know the reason. Come back to me please." Agatha beg.
I shake my head and my eyes started to pool with tears.
The gift box I was holding slipped in my grip. I turned my back into them and run, I'm good at ending things. I'm so good about it. I run and run. Until I reached the shore.
I took deeper breathes, because I feel my breathes becoming more heavy.
But the tears still flowing. It won't stop. Until I'm catching my breathe and lost it...
The air was blowing my hair and the sound of the sea makes me calm. I can hear the birds singing. This place is a bliss, by its environment. I really love nature.
"Hey love." A man said from behind.
My heart beats like I'm in love with him for so long. I can't see his face clearly, I know it's not Romeo.
The darkness invade my sight.
I waked up on a new surroundings.
"Mom!" A three kids aged of five, two and again the same man who's now holding a baby.
"This is our angels love." Then again dark invaded.
I woke up panting... It's a dream, but it feels surreal. It's just a dream yet it feels like a nightmare at the same time I feel happy.
I was shocked because I'm not in my room. I saw Mom quiet sleeping besides me.
"M-mom." My throat hurts and its dry.
"Finally! Oh God! Lia! Wait .. wait, I'll call the doctor." She runs out fast and storm out.
I was confused. What happened? Why I'm at the hospital. Before my questions answered a man in a white suit appeared with a stethoscope on its neck.
He checked out my pulse and eyes. I'm here because of what happened at the festival, huh.
"She's fine now. Everything is back to normal. She just need to take her meds and rest. Next month she need to come here in order to be check again." The doctor said and he exits.
