A/N I'm so sorry that it has taken me this long to update!! After the holidays, things were still pretty hectic for me. I also didn't have time to edit, so I'm sorry if there's a few errors! I hope you guys like it.

Marshall's POV

I woke up the next morning and felt Carly's head resting on my chest. I couldn't help but smile at the sight of her sleeping so peacefully, especially in my bed. It felt so nice to not have to sleep alone again. I used my hand to run my fingers through her chocolate brown hair, noticing that her long eyelashes began to flutter.
"Good Morning," I whispered before pressing a kiss to her hair.

She looked up and gave me a tired smile and stretched her body out next to me. I slid my hand down to her delicate little booty and gave it a squeeze which made her giggle.

"Good Morning," she told me with the big beautiful smile I had fallen in love with.

"How did you sleep?" I asked her as we played with each other's fingers.

She sighed, and I could tell that she didn't even want to look me in the eye.

"Not that good... I hardly got any sleep. I was up thinking about the girls all night. I'm terrified that they'll hate me forever."

"I'll get them to change their mind, okay?" I promised before kissing her shoulder. "They'll come around, Carly."

"I really hope so," she replied as she reached for her cell phone that was charging on the nightstand near the bed. She looked at the screen and smiled instantly.

"What?" I grinned at her instant happiness. It was good to see her smile.

She unlocked her phone and played a voicemail message on speaker from her grandmother.

"Carly, this is your grandmother! You never called after you left for Michigan. Could you email me a picture of you and your new man? Grandpa and I love you!"

She laughed and opened up the camera app on her phone so that we could take a picture together.

"Are you sure we should send a topless picture to your grandma? You're more twisted than I thought," I joked.

She giggled and rolled her eyes at the joke.

"Well, cover up then!!!"

A smile spread across my face as Carly snapped a picture of the two of us for her grandparents. Then, I pressed my lips to her temple, and she caught the affectionate kiss with a photograph.

She sent the first photo in an email to her grandmother and set the second one as her background photo.

"This is our first real picture together," Carly said, admiring the image of us on her cellphone.

As I rested my head against the pillows, I had this overwhelming sense of peace, because the girl of my dreams was here, with me, in my bed and we loved each other. Never in a million years did I think this would ever happen to me.

"I love you," I told her, taking her hand into my own to kiss it.

Carly blushed like she always did, which only made her cuter, and looked up at me with her piercing blue eyes.

"I love you too, Marshmallow."

When we finally got out of bed, Carly and I decided to hop in the shower. I had promised her a day of fun, but I hadn't really decided where I wanted to take her.

In all honesty, lunch with the girls was probably not going to happen, at least not anytime soon. It wasn't that I didn't want them to finally meet the right way, I did, but Hailie and Whitney were probably still upset with me, and I knew for sure that Carly wasn't okay yet. I didn't want to ruin our time together, so I figured I'd wait a day until it was mentioned again.
