i don't know which is worse

losing you

the rejection

or the feeling of being helpless

there isn't a worse

they're all awful

and i cannot stand it.

the problem is that you don't love me anymore

and the problem with that is, it's completely out of my control

and not being in control is the worst

because there's absolutely nothing i can do about it

nothing will make you love me again

and i feel so worthless, so stupid, so helpless.

i absolutely loathe myself

because it's my fault you don't love me

and it's my fault that you're gone.
