Part 4

The days pasted so quickly and before I knew it, it was time to get on the plane, I still hadn't told vinny that I was going on tour with the band, I wanted it to be a surprise, so as I thought he would get suspicious or worried if I didn't reply ( because I was going to be on a plane) I told him that I was going on a spar retreat so I couldn't use my phone and to no surprise he actually believed me.

As I stepped of the plane I instantly felt the rush of warm air hit my face. Within a hour of landing I finally got my luggage and was out of the airport, only problem now was finding my way to where the guys were performing.

I stepped out the taxi and stood outside the venue waiting for Chris to reply

Send to Chris 🎤🤘🏼- hey where are you I'm outside the venue ☺️ x

Chris 🎤🤘🏼- oh right wait 2 secs I'm coming x

A few moments later I felt two large arms wrap around my body, to only be greeted by a very happy looking Chris " I can't believe you are finally here"
" yeah me too the flight was fucking awful, it was way to long, how are you?"
"Ah that sounds shit and I'm great thanks, so you ready to surprise vin then?"
" hell yeah let's do it"
Our plan of action was to sneak me in unnoticed and for me to sit at his drum set and pretend to be his drum tech and see how long it takes him to notice.

I manage to sneak in as I hide behind Chris for cover.
" right, here's a hat try and hide your face" Chris said whilst handing me the hat, he showed me to where his drum kit was on the main stage and I sat down " we will all come in for rehearsal in about five minutes try and act casual" Chris said whilst walking away.

My heart was pounding, I was so excited to see my best friend again as well at the rest of the guys. I tried to act as though I was fixing the drum kit whilst the hat was covering half of my face when I heard voices coming my way.

Vinny POV

We were all heading to the main stage for a quick rehearsal before fans came to watch the show. Chris had told me that there was something wrong with my drums so someone was fixing them. Weird I don't remember breaking them.
As we got to the stage I saw the guy that was fixing my drums, wait a second that's not a guy whoops. Just so I didn't seem awkward I went and stood by Ryan to annoy him for a bit "vinny just fuck off and go play on your drums" I guess Ryan had finally had enough hah so I did as I was told and went to see what was wrong with my drums.

As I was getting closer to the drum tech I noticed that they looked familiar, wait a sec that's Sophie! And with that I ran over to her and practically jumped at her knocking her off the stool " holy fuck ouch" I hear her moan from underneath me . " what are you doing here? I have missed you so much" I practically shout out, " I thought I would surprise you as I'm the new band photographer, and I have missed you too but can you get of me I can hardly breath" oh shit I forgot I was still on top of her, I was just so excited to see her

Sophie's POV

I was just facing away from vinny and the rest of the guys thinking when I was going to reveal to vinny that I am here when I suddenly get knocked off my stool by none other than vinny, well at least he knows now. 

When he finally got off me he placed his hand down to help me up which I gladly expected. " I still can't believe your here Sophie it literally felt as if half of me was missing" he said whilst bringing me into a hug. " It's only been a little while but I have actually missed you a lot too" I reply.
"Hey where's our hugs?" I hear Ricky shout whilst the others nod in agreement, I quickly ran over to them all and hugged them.
"Right everyone show starts in 30 mins so let's get everything ready" the tour manager shouts over everyone.
"Are you going to watch me play from the side stage?"
" corse vin what else would I do, well apart from take photos" this is the fist day and as I had only arrived in Australia a few hours ago they are letting me have the night off so I don't have to take photos and so I can just watch the band.
