John returned to the hospital the next morning to visit cyn and when he walked into her hospital room he was glad to see that she was awake and looking better than the last time he visited

"look john im just going to come out and say this and i know you wont like it but i have to say it. when i walked in to see you and yoko sitting in my home like you's lived there and i was a imposter was shocking and to see and feel how intensely you's were looking at each other was scary. What broke my heart was turning around and seeing our 5 year old daughter looking at you both her eyes just full of tears as she was so confused. The fact that our daughter was witness to that was heart shattering john"
"well im so sorry about that i really am Cyn. I never knew she was there if i knew she was watching i would of moved away or done something i am truly embarrassed that she saw that"
"you know you leaving us was hard enough to bear but then having the press hounding us for our side of the story was horrid. Then seeing your and yoko's photos on every newspaper with the headline of john's new love was awful. I know your not responsible for what the press does but it was hard and i couldn't cope with the hurt and embarrasment and the feeling that i failed in my marriage. I failed as a wife and as a mother. I just could not handle the shame and the guilt and i stopped eating and started drinking it was a way to numb the pain at the start then i just could not survive without it"
"it takes alot of nerve to admit to your problems but i cant accept you being drunk around beth or even drinking around her. You need help to get over your drinking as it just wont go away by itself. The doctor told me that he will be sending you to rehab and i think thats best for you"
"i know john the doctor has informed me and im leaving this afternoon and my mother will be around to the house later to pick up beth"

"well beth will be staying with my mother while i get back on my feet"
john felt his anger start to rise
"no way cyn beth is my daughter she will be staying with me you can inform your mother that she wont be needed"
"john be resonable how can beth live with you? You live in america now with yoko"
"well she is coming with me as i said im taking her home"
'hell no john your not taking my daughter to live in america with that women its not happening john your not doing it"
"cyn you are going to rehab and beth is also my daughter and i have a right to take her where i want and she is coming with me. So as i said tell your mother to fuck off she aint needed"
John walked out of the hospital in a terrible mood. He was so angry that cyn thought she could call all the shots regarding their daughter. John got into his car and rang a airline company and booked two one way tickets to america he was determined that he was going to look after his daughter. He did not want beth around cyn when she was in that state and he did not want her around his ex mother in law.
Ringo had taken Beth out for the day so when john returned to cyns house Beth was still out and he was pleased that gave him time to pack beths suitcase and get everything ready for their flights. Beth flew into their house screaming with laughter
"Ringo you are silly"
John entered the hallway and beth ran to him and john scooped her up
"hey daddy oh i had fun with uncle ringo we went on a carousel and uncle ringo got scared and started screaming because it was going fast but i wasnt scared at all daddy cuz im brave. Then ringo brought me ice cream and he dropped his on the ground and he got sad so i let him lick my ice cream. Daddy can you put uncle paulie on the phone i want to tell him about me being braver than ringo can u daddy" john smiled at his daughter
"well you are a wee chatterbox today ain't ya. yes you can call paul later on but i got exciting news for you me and you are going to go to america isnt that exciting"
"are we going to america for a whole day daddy" beth squealed
"no beth we are going there to live with daddy wont that be fun"beths face dropped
"but what about mummy"
"well baby your mommy has to go to a big hotel where they will help your mommy to stop drinking the adult juice so she will be there for a long time"
"can i bring uncle paul uncle ringo and uncle george with me"

"but daddy george was going to take me to see the monkeys he promised me " beths eyes filled with tears
" i know but when we settle into america your uncles can come and visit and you can show them all the fun places to go. plus you will have fun living with me and yoko"

"put me down daddy please put me down" john put her down and beth ran straight to ringo
"uncle ringo i wanna stay with you. I dont wanna go i dont like that scary woman i wanna stay with you" beth pleaded
"beth you have to go with your daddy but i will come and visit you loads" Beth ran off into her room screaming

"what the fuck am i gonna do now ringo the tickets are booked and the bags are packed we got to go "
"john just talk to her man she is only 5 this is alot for her to take in she must be scared having to leave her home and family to visit some place she doesnt know. Also for her to live with a woman who lets just say didnt make a great first impression. look john i got to go give beth a cuddle from me and im telling you make sure you look after her and do everything right by her cuz she is a great we girl"
"i will ringo dont worry"
With ringo gone john entered Beth's room which is now empty to find her lying on her bed crying
"Beth my angelface there isnt anything to be frightened about america is fun and you will be with me kitten"
"i dont want to be with scary woman she frightens me daddy"
"she is not like the first time you saw her she is lovely and fun and i bet you will love her"

beth sniffed and wiped her eyes with the back of her hand and nodded her head

ohn wrapped his pinky finger around beths and with that the decision was made JOHN AND BETH ARE MOVING TO AMERICA
