Olivia's POV

I got dressed slowly, not wanting to go to the lunch thing with Elliot.

"Do you have any more coffee?" Brian asked as he came into my bedroom, and I sighed.

"Yeah, but get out. I really don't want you in my room." I replied quickly. He laughed and walked out, while I finished buttoning up my shirt in the bathroom.

I walked out and found Brian standing in the kitchen, only in the jeans he wore last night. I groaned and grabbed his shirt, before throwing it at him.

"Cassidy, you slept on my couch last night, keep a shirt on," I spoke, and he smiled, as I walked away from him.

"Liv, we could have done more..." He trailed off.

"Yeah, well I didn't want to do more. I never want to do more with you, Brian." I replied, the anger evident in my voice. After what he said about Elliot, I don't want anything to do with him.

"Well, calm yourself, princess." He spoke, and again, I pinned him against the fridge.

"You need to stop being a fucking jackass. You have no right to treat me like this. Get the hell out of my damn apartment, or I will shove your gun up your ass." I growled, and then I pushed him before grabbing my stuff and leaving.

I walked into the cafe, and Elliot was sitting in our usual booth. I took a deep breath and then walked over. He smiled and stood, then sat when I sat.

"Hey." I breathed.

"Hey, Liv." He smiled, and then gently gave my hand a squeeze.

"What did you need to talk about?" I asked.

"Us." He spoke and I swallowed hard.

"There is no us anymore, El," I replied and he sighed.

"I want there to be," Elliot replied and I looked at him with a deep frown on my lips.

"Kathy's 5 months pregnant, right?" I asked, and he nodded slowly.

"Yeah, why does it matter?" He asked.

"Because in 4 more months, you are going to have another baby. El, you don't want to get involved with me. You need to pay attention to your wife and children, and leave me alone." I replied, and that's when I realized I was in tears.

"Liv, I want to be involved with you." He breathed, and I wiped a tear from my cheek.

"Elliot, I want to be more than just a booty call to you. I want to be the only woman in your life." I replied.

"Then come with me, for a few days. I said I was going to visit my sister in Connecticut, and I want you with me." He breathed, and I swallowed hard.

"I-i can't." I breathed before heading out of the cafe and walking down the road.

It took me a while to realize that I was walking towards the hotel that Elliot and I used to stay in to have time together. I swallowed hard and got my phone out as I stopped on the corner.

"Elliot, I'm so deeply in love with you, and I need you. I'm going to Connecticut with you, but we aren't going to see your sister, we are going to decide what we are going to do with our relationship, and it starts now. Get the hell over to our place, I'll get a room and ask for Benson. I love you." I spoke, even before he could say hi.

"Alright, I'll be there, Liv."

Elliot was laying on the bed, his arm behind his head, and I sat in front of him, his t-shirt covering my body.

"Alright, so if you wait for the 4 months until the baby is born, then would you really want to divorce her right after he or she is born?" I asked, and he shrugged.

"Well, I can put in the paperwork, and then make it final before he is born," Elliot replied, and I looked up at him.

"The baby's a boy?" I asked, and he smiled.

"Yeah, we found out yesterday." He spoke, and I could see how happy he was to be having another son.

"Congrats El." I breathed, and I started to feel like he wasn't really going to leave since he's getting another son.

"Liv?" He asked, and I looked up.

"Hmm?" I asked, and he sat up and caressed my cheek.

"What's on your mind?" He asked.

"Well, I'm nervous that you aren't going to want to be with me," I replied, and he frowned.

"Olivia Margaret Benson, I'm not going to change my mind." He replied, and I swallowed hard.

"But what if like we do end up together, and I can't have children, or if Kathy needs you to help?" I asked.

"Well, we will deal with the kid thing when it comes into play and Kathy is going to need my help, but I can be with you and still help her." He replied and I nodded slowly.

Elliot pulled me onto his lap and kissed me gently, but we were interrupted by his phone ringing.

"Stabler?" He answered. I sighed and climbed off of him and went into the bedroom and started the shower.

Elliot knocked on the door and then slowly got into the shower with me and I sighed.

"Kathy?" I asked as the water washed over us both.

"Yeah, she's craving ice cream, and since it's almost 6, I'm going to get it." He sighed. He wrapped his arms around me holding me close, as I tried to not cry. It still bothered me that she still had him right now.

"So, are you and Cassidy a thing?" He asked, and I shook my head.

"No, we only did that to make you jealous," I replied, and he smiled and kissed my forehead.

"Alrighty, well tell him to keep his hand off my ass." He laughed.

"Well, technically it's my ass." I smiled and he kissed me.

"Hey, so Lizzie is doing a paper on women in certain fields, and she was wondering if you could come over and answer some questions," Elliot spoke.

"Why me? Like I'm just a Detective." I replied as I ran my hands through my short brown hair.

"That's why. She would have picked Kathy, but she's doesn't get a paycheck for being a stay at home Mom. She really likes you, Liv. Well, she prays for you every night." He chuckled.

I smiled and buried my head into his shoulder.

"She won't once she finds out you are leaving her mother for me."
