Elliot's POV

I sat at my desk, head in my hands, as I tried to continue reading all of the Jane Doe reports in every state, but there were too many to read at one night. The rest of the crew had gone home, even though I knew they had talked to a few officers to check on me throughout the night because the officers would just come in and take a lap then walk back out.

The phone rang and I picked it up and answered it quietly.

"Detective Stabler, Manhattan SVU." I spoke.

"Detective, is your Captain there?" Another voice spoke, and I rolled my eyes.

"No, he left for the night. Want to leave a message?" I asked.

"Yes. Tell him that Dr. Conner is calling in regards to Olivia Benson..." He spoke, but I stopped listening. She's alive.

"Detective?" Dr. Conner spoke.

"Sorry, um, where are you calling from?" I questioned.

"Seattle. Please give him the message. She wanted me to call and get a hold of her family." He replied.

"Of course. I'll do that right away." I replied quickly before hanging up and grabbing my coat and heading out, as I called Cragen.

"Elliot?" He yawned.

"Captain, get the crew around. We are heading to Seattle. They found her."

The whole plane ride I was fidgeting. I was praying that Olivia was still there, and not just a shell of her old self.

Once the plane landed, we all got off and hurried to get a cab, and even then, it took forever to get to the hospital.

"I'm Captain Cragen. I was told you have one of my Detectives?" Cragen asked as we entered the hospital.

"We don't have any Detectives here, sorry." The woman at the desk spoke, and I grew even more irritated.

"We are looking for Olivia Benson. Just type her damn name in!" I spat. And Fin grabbed my shoulder and pulled me back, and I just clinched my hands into fists. Why are people so damn stupid.

"Yes! Olivia Benson! She's in room 653. Take that elevator to floor 6 and ask a nurse there." She replied, and I walked quickly to the elevator.

"Elliot, calm down. She's still going to be there once we reach the floor." Munch said, and I turned around, tears streaming down my cheeks.

"I can't wait any longer to see her. I shouldn't have gotten into the fight with her." I cried, showing my emotions for the first time in front of the guys, other than Fin, but it was weird.

"Alright, Elliot, you can't blame yourself. You need to compose yourself because she is going to be weak, hurt, broken. You need to be her rock." Cragen spoke, and I nodded and quickly wiped the tears from my cheeks.

When I walked into her hospital room, my heart broke.

She was bruised and looked smaller than I have ever seen her. I swallowed hard and walked over to her bed, but before I could even speak, she started to scream.

"Olivia, baby, it's alright." I cooed as I walked over to her and wrapped my arms around her, but she hit, scratched, and tried to push me away. I just held on tighter.

"Olivia! Wake up! It's me, Elliot!" I spoke loudly over her screaming. Once she finally woke up, I was bleeding from the wounds that she had caused, but I didn't care.

"Elliot?" She questioned as I looked into her dark brown eyes, but they looked empty, lacking the spark that had always been there.

"Yeah, baby, it's me." I breathed, and I reached to caress her cheek, but she curled up into a ball and hid her face from me.

"Go away." She whimpered, and I swallowed hard.

"Liv, I've missed you." I breathed, and she looked up, just enough so I could see her eyes, but the rest of her face was hidden.

"Why didn't you come?" She cried.

"Because we didn't know where you were. We were looking for you." I replied, and she hid her face again.

"He hurt me, El." She whimpered.

"I know, Livvie. I know." I cooed, and she just started to cry. I tried to comfort her, but she just kept curling up into a tinier ball.

"You should have saved me!" She screamed all of a sudden, and I let a tear run down my cheek.

"I tried Liv, I really did." I breathed.

"Get out." She mumbled. I stood slowly, making a mental note to come back later. I kissed the top of her head gently, before walking out.

Cragen looked at me with large eyes.

"You're bleeding." He spoke and I shrugged.

"I don't care. I need air." I spoke quickly, before trying to walk past them, but Fin grabbed me, and I hauled around and punched him square in the nose, and then I stormed out and made my way out just as it started to downpour. Great.

"You found her?" Maureen asked as we talked on the phone, and I swallowed hard.

"Yeah, we did. She's not doing good though." I breathed, and she swallowed hard.

"I'm sorry, Dad. How long are you going to be there?" She asked.

"For a bit. I asked Casey and Melinda to take shifts in making sure you all are okay. I don't want to get your mother involved." I sighed.

"Okay, and I'll help as much as possible. Dad, bring her home." She spoke.

"I'll try, but Maureen, she's not herself. It's going to take a while for Liv to be Liv again." I frowned.

"It's understandable, Dad. Just tell her we love her and miss her terribly." She spoke, hopefully.

"I will, the next time I see her. I love you guys. I'll call again tomorrow." I choked.

"Alright, love you too, Dad."
