So this isn't really a joke, but more of a random idea I had. So, as you know, 2016 was full of celebrity deaths and I had a cool idea. So what if when a celebrity dies, their phone number and email is released to the public so their fans can send messages of encouragement to family, or saying how much they loved the celebrity. Idk I just thought it'd be cool if they did that.
