Chapter 7
Hannah's POV
"STILES!!!" I screamed. But it didn't help a lot the beast looked at me and it started changing. It was really weird! It was changing into two monsters!! Or two boys. They really looked alike. TWINS!! They started walking closer to me and one of them reached there hand for me I backed up until I hit the wall. He got closer! But then his hand stopped. He tried but couldn't go further. Like there was a wall between us! At that point Scott and Derek ran in. The twins looked at them and ran out. Derek looked at me like he just saw a ghost.
D: "How did you do that!?!?!"
H: "um... I don't know."
At that point Stiles started moving. Thank god he's alive!!!! I was starting to worry! Scott ran to Stiles to help him at and then they all looked at me really confused until stiles looked at Scott and asked:
"why are we staring at Hannah?"
D: "Didn't you see?!"
St: "No sorry I was to busy being
knocked out!!"
D: "UGH! Well there was something that caused that the twins didn't get to you like some shield. Like mountain ash!"
Sc:" I don't think it's mountain ash since I can get close to her!"
They were talking outside. They didnt know that i was listening. I looked out the window and stiles and Derek were kind of arguing. I guess there not besties!!
Scott told them to stop fighting and just let som doctor decide what's wrong. And I'm pretty sure that he said vet!!!! Do they think that I'm some kind of animal... Like Scott! I started thinking about if Scott really wanted to be a monster. And it can't be fun having to hold such a big secrete from your family. They stopped talking and looked up the window. They saw that I had been listening. They gave me a sign that I was suppose to come. I walked outside and they talked to me about
what I did earlier. I couldn't tell them anything about it because I knew about it as much as they did Maybe even less! But Derek didn't believe me. He thought that I was making it up. But Stiles believed me. He was on my side! We all got to Stiles' jeep and they drove me to my house. They said that I couldn't tell anybody about what I saw today. I just nodded my head and walked outside the car. Dad sat on the Kitchen chair and looked at me really mad and relived at the same time.
Dad:" where were you?!?!?!?!"
Hannah: "im sorry im late..."
Dad: "I WAS WORRIED SICK!!!"
Hannah: "but dad..."
Dad: "Go to your room!"
I was really mad and slammed the door after me!
I laid down in my bed really mad wondering what I might be and why the beast didn't get to me and mainly what it wanted with me in the first place!!! But then it hit me. This... This house might have the answers! Ever since we moved here strange things have happened I'm starting to hear things. Things that aren't there like the other night with the claws I heard. Like Someone was clawing the walls. Maybe it was happening but not close by.
Derek's POV
We drove her to her place and then we drove to Dayton. He was at work. We got to Dayton's and walked inside and stiles had this dead look on him. Like he waned to kill me!
Dayton:" what business have you here?"
Derek: "we came to ask you if you know anything about this girl named Hannah."
Dayton: "haven't heard of her."
Derek: "well she is new here and for some reason Deucalion is after her and he sent the twins after her. But when they got extremely close they couldn't go any further like she had some shield. Do you know anything about this."
Dayton:" I might. It's called a Custos."
Derek: "I thought they were extant."
Dayton: "so did I"
Stiles: "ummmmm what's a Custos."
Dayton: "Custos in Latin means keeper. We don't know what it does. The keepers only knows it when there ready. She might not even know it herself."
Stiles:" that's why she didn't know anything about all that happened earlier."
Dayton: "everything I know about keepers is that they have to protect or an object not meant for evil. But in most cases the evil person gets into they're heads and make them evil. But some have such a pure sole that they wold kill themselves to keep it safe.
