Chapter 12
I did as my mom told me and went down the basement. It was like somebody else was controlling my body! In the basement I saw the door and instantly walked in the little room with the book. I don't know why I am suppose to be here! This stupid book has no information for me!! "WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO!!" I threw the book on the floor! It landed on the floor open. Wait.. There is something there, something that wasn't there before. It was a sentence, "just Let it go". I knew that the book was talking about the vision. I've tried to deny it all day! I tried to hold it in, But now i let go. I saw... I saw this house. I was just a baby. I also saw my mom! She was really worried about something. She had the neckless on her neck and was holding it tightly. My mom locked all the doors and put some black dust on all the windows and doors, then my grandparents who owned this house walked in and were talking to mom. I couldn't hear what they were saying, it wasn't clear enough, but they looked really worried! Suddenly we heard a hard knock on the door. They stopped talking and looked at the door worried and scared. I started crying and my mom grabbed me and ran with me in her arms to the basement! I dont know how But she created a door in the basement, it was the little door! She got the big book and put it in the room along me and the neckless. She kissed me on the forehead with tears in her eyes "be a good girl" When mom came up my grandparents were gone. She saw glowing eyes under the table. She knew that they were coming for me and everything that was locked in the basement so the first thing she did was throw a rock at the beast to draw it's attention to her. The beast instantly started running to my mom. She ran out as fast and as far as she could so that the beast would go as far away from me as possible. She sacrificed herself for me. The last thing I remember is that I was found crying in my room. And that's when dad walked in. He saw that the whole house was a mess! He couldn't find anybody he screamed my mothers name but got no answers. He looked everywhere!! Until he found me. He was so happy and sad at the same time! The next day my mom was found brutally killed by an animal. And that's when my vision ended. I don't understand! What is this book trying to tell me. Ugh!! So complicated! And now I really miss my mom!! I can't be crying now!! I need to get it together! The only thing I have left of her is one picture of her holding me as a baby! She was so beautiful!! I know I've been bothering Deaton a lot but I need to tell him about the book and what happened, he knows almost everything about this!! All I need to think about is a good night sleep!! I went to bead but I couldn't sleep!! All that I could see was my mothers bloody face after being teared up by werewolf's and all just to save me!! I realized that I can't let the last memory of her be just a negative one! So I fell a sleep thinking of her warm arms holding me close to her and her beautiful voice singing a lullaby I could almost hear her soothing heartbeat. I woke up with tears in my eyes, they were happy tears! I got a text from Stiles! He said that he would be here in 10 minuets!! I did my morning routine but like ten times faster! While i was getting ready I tried to figure out why he was picking me up so soon! When I was almost ready I heard a knock on the door, he usually just honks the horn on the car!! I opened the door to tell him that I would be there in a sec. He told me to hurry since we need to take another stop before school. Okey this is starting to freak me out!! Is he going to take me behind a dumpster and kill me?!? I realized how ridiculous I sounded and laughed! I got my bag and then I ran outside in the car where Stiles had been waiting. He couldn't wipe this goofy smile of his face. It would be a little creepy if it weren't so adorable! He drove to Scott's house! I looked at him surprised and confused! What are we doing here?! You'll see. He smiled at me. We walked in and Scott looked like he was hiding something in the next room. Stiles covered my eyes with a blindfold and told me not to peek! They guided me to the room and took my blindfold off. "OMG!!!" It was the puppy we saw at Deaton's!!!! He had a little bow tie on his neck! I practically jumped on Stiles and Scott! After a minuet I realized that they had to breathe! I took the puppy up and he licked my face! He was so adorable!!
Stiles: "we thought that it might be a good idea since you need to protect something important that you also need a little protection."
Scott: "yeah this dog will grow fast into a loyal protecter! They are often used as police dogs because they are closer to warriors then dogs!"
Hannah: "guys I can't thank you enough for this!!!"
Stiles drove me to school and Scott was behind us on his dirt bike. I was so happy I wanted to kiss them!! Stiles knew that I loved animals after our talk at Deaton's! He sat on my lap trying to kill my hair! It was so funny playing with him with my hair!! He was trying to eat it! What should I name him?!? OMG I'm horrible in that!! I never find good names for anything! When I was younger my hamsters name was mr. Hamster! I guess I can just spend the day thinking of good names. Maybe I can get some help trying to figure it out. We drove the puppy to Deaton's because we had to go to school. He was sad to see that he was back in his old place. Even tho he probably didn't understand me I promised him that I would come back to get him. Well it felt like he understanded me because he was a bit happier!
We got to school and i told Lydia and Allison about it. They were so Happy for me and i really think we bonded that day. Since I just got here and haven't had a lot of time to think about getting friends. I wonder if they will be my best friends!
