Chapter 9
Hannah's POV
Stiles took me home cuz i couldn't be in school without hearing EVERYTHING!! So I had to go home. He drove me home and I had to invite him inside since he has been helping me a lot! We had much to talk about. Mostly supernatural things! He told me everything Dayton told them about the keeper and he also told me that hearing really well is the first sign a werewolf gets after being bitten. But why did it happen to me? I'm not a werewolf, I wasn't bitten! Maybe keepers are similar to werewolf's. We talked until I mentioned the door and the claw marks in the basement. He got all exited and wanted to see if it had anything to do with the supernatural.
When we got to the basement stairs It kind of creeped me out cuz it was really dark and it felt like it had changed. We walked down the stairs and I saw that Stiles had chills all over his body. We got downstairs but there was no door and no claw marks.
Hannah: "what?!?! It's all suppose to be here, I swear!!"
Stiles: "are you sure that you weren't imagining all of this?"
Hannah: "NO I swear I saw all of this but, but... I don't know what happened!!"
Stiles: "ok I believe you. But how can a door disappear in one night?!"
Hannah: "I guess we need to find that out!"
At that point we heard a knock on the door! We walked upstairs and we saw Derek. He looked concerned! He said that he knows why they are looking for me!! I invited Derek inside. He told me that every keeper or his family has an object that they protect from the evil.
Hannah: "family?!?!?!?! This goes in the family???"
Derek: "you didn't think that you just turned into a Keeper over night did you?"
Hannah: "but nobody told me!"
Derek: "maybe nobody had the chance to."
Hannah: "well I have noticed a couple of strange things in this house and this house it my grandparents house... They died, or actually they got missing and my mom died in an animal attack when I was 1 year old."
Derek: "so it must have been in you're mothers family. You're dad might not know about this so don't tell him anything since he works at the sheriff office!!"
Hannah: "I'll try to hide everything supernatural from him!"
Derek: "I came here to ask you if you know anything about the object you're family might have been protecting???"
Hannah: "no nothing!!"
Derek: "okay, But if you get any idea's of what it might be let me know!"
He was about to walk out when I noticed something on his back. I barely saw it because his T-shirt was hiding it.
Hannah: "hey Derek!!! Take off you're T-shirt!!"
Derek: "ummm...?!?!"
Hannah: "JUST DO IT!"
Derek: "ok?!"
He took his shirt off and then I saw it, it was the same sign that was on the neckless. I took the neckless off that had been hidden under my sweater. Derek couldn't stop staring at it. He didn't know what it was but he knew that it wasn't human.
Derek: "where did you find this?!?!"
Hannah: "it was in a jevlery box that was left in my room."
Derek: "I think we need to talk to Dayton!!"
