Chapter 11
I woke up with a text:
From stiles:
~Morning!
I'll be there in an hour.
From Hannah:
~I'll be ready!
All i remembered is that I had a strange dream. Well it was more like a memory but when I started thinking about it I forgot it. I got dressed in a grey hootie and dark blue jeens. I put a little make up on and then I stuffed serial in my face. I brushed my teeth and because I had time I watched some tv. I heard a honk outside! Stiles was here! I kissed my dad bye and ran outside. We drove to the school and I wanted to tell him about the book but I wanted one day without having to worry about supernatural stuff! And he is probably tired of having to help me with all my problems. It's so hard to focus in school when you have so much bigger problems in you're life!!! I mean how do Scott and Stiles do it?! Well Scott is falling two classes but Stiles seems to be fine! I guess he is just incredibly smart!! He asked me if there was something new but I just said that everything has been normal after he dropped me off last night. We got to school and still I heard things but now they weren't as loud and sharp as last time. They were just human voices and people working. I couldn't hear what anybody said because I couldn't concentrate on one person. Me and stiles were just walking down the hall when i heard a familiar voice but still I don't remember anybody that has this voice! It got more clear every second it was somebody calling my name I started seeing something in my head!! It was like a flash back! I Tried to deny it. The voice started changing it was stiles' voice he was trying to wake me up. I blacked out. He asked me if I had to go home. I wasn't going to let this ruin my unsupernatural day! I just shook it off and started walking again. Stiles just looked at me and didn't say anything. He knew that something was wrong! But I guess he saw that I didn't want to talk about it since he didn't say anything. It was a bit hard trying to focus in class but stiles sat next to me and was helping me study. He is just so... No he is my friend!! But his eyes are gorgeous tho!!!
Stiles' POV
Hannah seemed confused. I don't blame her! We will just have to find her a balance between the supernatural and the "real world" but i dont want to tell her that now since she seems exhausted! I have an idea on how to make her a bit happier. But I will have to talk to Scott first. I just have to let her have a relaxing day with nothing supernatural I'll Maybe even try to make her forget about it. We were in math and I was helping her. She had a hard time focusing! She was always looking around her and she was always twisting her head like she is hearing something. I took her hand and held it. She looked in my eyes and calmed down. I was about to let go of her hand but she held it even tighter. She could focus now and she didn't get distracted by anything.
When the bell rang it was like she noticed then were she was, she had been so focused on the math. It made me really happy that I could help her. At lunch I had to go talk to Scott about what I wanted to do! But then I would have to leave her and she might get the wrong idea! But it's a surprise!! I told Scott about it and we totally ignored her for almost the rest of the school time!! But it's worth it!
Hannah's POV
Stiles and Scott had been ignoring me for the whole day! Ugh what did I do wrong?!? Is the only reason they're hanging out with me is because they have to protect me?! Well I really hope not because I really like them! I felt really sad and lonely for all the minuets and seconds they ignored me! It opened a scar that had been in my heart for a long time. I never actually had friends like them and I'm sure the hell not going to lose them! Maybe they only need space from girls, yeah that's probably it! Or I don't know. I can't let this small event affect me so much they probably have a good explanation for this. I just let them have they're space and later that day they came back but they couldn't stop smiling and whispering! What's up with those two?! Stiles drove me home. I noticed that Scott had been following us but still trying to hide it. He stopped outside my house and I thanked for the ride and ran upstairs to my window! Scott and Stiles were talking. They went in Stiles car and drove away! What are those two up to?!? I walked downstairs to get something to eat and then I watched tv. My dad came late! I asked him why he's always coming home so late! He told me that they found a body. He also told me that there might be a mountain lion or a chayote in town since the body was all teard up! It was hard for dad to investigate the death of the body since that's how mom died. He and everybody else can't understand that the body Doesn't show any signs of attacks of those two animals! I wonder why! I saw that dad was exhausted so I decided to make dinner. Dad had to go back to work after he barely finished dinner, and he thought that this was a peaceful little town! After dinner I noticed the sounds again! I tried to deny them but I can't!!! I ran up in my room and covered my ears with my pillow and tried not to scream but I broke down! I screamed so loud and tears came streaming down my cheeks. When i screamed the voices stopped immediately! I only hear one clear voice telling me to go to the basement. Now I realize why I don't recognize the voice before, It was because it wasn't from a living person!...
It was my mom.
