Chapter 7

Alyssa's P.O.V.

"What do you want to do?" He asked jumping onto the couch.

"Do you want to watch a movie?" I asked sitting next to him. I turn on the tv and opened up Netflix.

"Sure. What did you have in mind?"

"A scary movie maybe?"

"Sure,just don't get to scared." He said smirking a little.

"I'll try." I said looking through the movies. We picked out scream. It's not too scary but enough to make you scream. We watched most of the movie until one part that gets me everytime. Before it happened I scooted closer to him and laid my head on his shoulder. He looked at me a little confused.

"Scared?"

"A little."

"Ha it's ok" he said wrapping his arm around me. It was comforting and he's so sweet. After the movie was over I was upset because he probably thought he had to go. Still sitting in his embrace I asked

" do you want to stay the night? It's way to dark to be driving on icy roads and my roommate will be gone all week."

"Sure. Do you want me to sleep on the couch?"

"No I've got an extra mattress you can use." I said walking out of the room. I went to my room and got the mattress out. After I finish putting some sheets on it I walked out of me room. But when I got to the living room he wasn't there. Where could he be? I turned around to head back to my room when someone grabbed my wrist. I knew it was him. I tried to walk forward but he pulled me back and pinned me against the wall. Before I could process what just happened his lips touched mine. We were kissing? It was a sweet sensation, my body was ignited with flames. His lips parted my for only a few seconds so we could catch our breaths. His lips connected my mine again, this time I opened my mouth slightly letting our tongues intertwine. This one lasted a little longer than the last. When his lips left mine he looked into my eyes. I was still a little shocked by what just happened, but calmed a little when he pulled me into an embrace. I hugged him back tighter than him. I looked up to find him smiling with his eyes closed.

"Why did you do that?" I asked quietly not tryinq to sound to harsh.

"I don't know. But what I do know is I've wanted to do that for I while." He said looking into my eyes. I looked down quickly trying to hide my bright red face. He grabbed my chin gently and lifted it up so I could meet his gaze again. He kiss my forehead and walked away.

"Goodnight."he said before closing the door.

"Goodnight." As said quietly so he wouldn't here. I stood there shocked. I touches my lips slowly. I can't believe he just kissed me! And I'm actually happy about it! I giggled to myself a little before walking to my bedroom. When I entered my room I found Niall on the mattress on his phone. I went to my closet and picked out my favorite pj pants and an oversized t-shirt. I walked back out into my room and started to change. I took off my shirt making sure I wasn't facing Niall. It felt like he was staring at me, but I just ignored it and continued changing. After I slipped on my pants I climb into my bed and turned off the light on my nightstand.

"Goodnight." I heard Niall say in his tired voice. I could tell he was about to fall asleep.

"Goodnight." After a few minutes I was fast asleep.
