Everybody wants something from me, but I have nothing to give. I used to have many people to sit with, now I have no one. I used to have a loving family, now all I have is myself no one else but me.
Today is the day everything came crumbling down, my family was torn every piece of it was in some other world.
And to top it all off today's what most people dread; today is Monday. I used to have many friends but something changed, they changed not only them but my brother and my father.
I don't even remember the day the word dad turned into father, but it did somehow and I never questioned it.
I did the usual thing I do in the mornings get dressed, washed up, and go down stairs grab an apple then leave.
My father was already gone drowning himself in piles of paperwork while my brother was in his bed probably dealing with a hangover.
My family is rich, but I'm not like those other stuck up girls. I'm the kind of rich girl that sits in the corner and wants to get high school over with.
I do work at an animal shelter for some extra money after school and I volunteer at a dance studio to some extra money, because I don't get any from my father anymore.
My father nor my brother know I work or help out there and I'd like to keep it that way.
I walked into the gates of the school, already seeing my old friends and new tormentors.
I sigh and keep my head down walking passed them, the sad thing is one of them happens to be my own brother.
I guess he left early today, I put my hoodie on my head and went into my first class.
"Why good morning Renee." I looked up to see Mrs. Remero smiling.
"Good morning." I mumbled, going to the back of the class in my corner next to the window.
The bell rang the last of the class entered and sat down.
"Ok class so today we are going to be-" she was rudely interrupted when the door swung open to reveal one of the lady's that works in the office.
"I'm sorry but we need to barrow Renee." Her eyes followed the teachers, I stood up shoving my things in my bag while walking.
I face planted, my stuff scattering the floor.
I held my nose as blood started dripping from it while my brother and his snobby girlfriend laughed, soon everyone was laughing while I struggled to pick up my stuff due to the tears blurring my vision.
"That is enough!" I heard my teacher yell everyone shut up, I stood up and rushed out the door with the office lady.
"We should get you to the nurse then I'll let you know what you will be doing." I nodded my head still holding my nose preventing it from leaving a blood trail on the newly wiped floor.
"I'm Alice, and I saw the way they were treating you, it wasn't nice." She said looking at me for a slit second then back ahead.
I simply nodded, "Your not much of a talker are you?" She took another quick glance.
"No I don't like to, but with certain people yes.." I said almost whisper like, she sighed and we continued walking to the office in silence.
"Oh my lord what on earth happened to you?!?" The nurse walked out with a lunch box in hand, I guess she was going to breakfast already.
