ivy doesn't live in an apartment or a townhouse on a busy street, she lives in a cabin.

a cabin, in a densely wooded forest, right next to a lake.

there was this bumpy dirt path and everything smelled fresh and like pine.

i loved it. so i grabbed her hand, and started running.

she laughed, running right with me, her hair tickling my arm. i felt like nothing could stop me and my ivy, because i loved her and i knew she loved me, after all. we adored each other, even when i adored her a little more.

so now, i ran hand in hand with the girl i adored, and nothing could stop me at all.

we stumbled right through the door, and that's where our lips met.

the lighting was dim and dust flecked the light trickling in from the screen door. i kept my hand in hers, holding on to her tight at first, then gentler and sweeter.

when we broke away, there was nothing but silence and our breaths that intervined with each other. from the first day, two weeks ago, i wanted to kiss ivy, and now i had kissed her. but now, i didn't know what to do next.

so i kissed her again.
